May 2016

[edit]

Hello, I'm MRD2014. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Umbrella (song), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. —MRD2014 (formerly Qpalzmmzlapq) T C 00:15, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Table changes at 2018 in film

[edit]

Hi there, the changes you recently made to the tables at 2018 in film, though very pretty, are not MOS:DTT compliant. Vertical text, for instance, where we have letters interrupted by carriage returns, cannot be read by screen readers, which makes it difficult for people with visual impairments to access the data. I'll leave it up to you whether you change it back or not, but you should be aware that you've effectively gone through a lot of trouble to make the table harder for some people to read. You might also notice the discussion I opened in January here. Regards, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 15:47, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Page protection

[edit]

You should review Wikipedia:Protection policy. You don't appear to be an administrator and only admins can protect pages. Your good-faith edit on Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting added the template to notify users that the page was protected, rather than protecting the page. I've reverted it since it was not protected. Toddst1 (talk) 00:40, 15 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Portal:Visual arts/Selected picture is now deleted per your MfD discussion. Thought I'd give you the heads up so you can go ahead and do your pagemove. ♠PMC(talk) 22:35, 9 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from List of World Heritage sites in Africa into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. List of World Heritage sites in Northern Africa If you are the sole author of the prose that was copied, attribution is not required. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 22:59, 3 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
