By Imperial Decree of His Divine Majesty, our Most Sublime Padishah God-Emperor, Car'a'carn, Editor-in-Chief, etc. (may he live for ever) of the Dominion of the Motto of the Day, every Thursday is Free Ice Cream Day throughout the the Realm. Therefore, our glorious ruler (may he live for ever) has caused to be delivered to you by the Ministry of Frozen or Otherwise Cold Desert Treats this ice cream treat (which may include gelato, depending on one's interpretation of the picture). Let it be eaten without delay, lest the heat of the servers melt it. Let it not drip onto the Article Namespace, lest you suffer the Death of a Thousand Edits for allowing unencyclopedic melted desert treat to get into the wiki.
