Speedy deletion of "Noël Mostert"
[edit]A page you created, Noël Mostert, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how they are important or significant, and thus why they should be included in an encyclopedia. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and the guidelines for biographies in particular.
You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Speedy deletion of Ahmad Khezri
[edit]A tag has been placed on Ahmad Khezri requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Proposed deletion of Beheshti St.
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Beheshti St., suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. April 2009
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Beeblebrox (talk) 16:58, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Ahmad Khezri. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. In this case I agree that the page isn't suitable for speedy so I've not restored the speedy tag and so there's no need to add a hangon. That said the general rule still applies and you shouldn't have removed it yourself. Dpmuk (talk) 17:08, 27 April 2009 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Ahmad Khezri
[edit]I have nominated Ahmad Khezri, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ahmad Khezri. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Beeblebrox (talk) 17:16, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. Beeblebrox (talk) 17:20, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- Ahmad Khezri is now longer a speedy deletion candidate, I have moved on to articles for deletion since the speedy was declined. This means there will be one week of debate on whether to keep or delete this article. Further comments on this subject should be made at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ahmad Khezri. Thanks Beeblebrox (talk) 17:28, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Kambiz Roshan-Ravan
[edit]A tag has been placed on Kambiz Roshan-Ravan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics. Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Goodmanjoon! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 9 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Arya Aziminejad - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
Thanks!--DASHBot (talk) 23:41, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
The article Adel Ferdosipour has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. SlimVirgin talk|contribs 08:41, 17 June 2010 (UTC)
The article Motarjem has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- No evidence of notability whatsoever.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. GiftigerWunsch [TALK] 19:14, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
Nader and Simin, A Separation
[edit]Hi! Nice additions to the article. Do you know any website where I can find more info about the Iranian release? Would be a good idea to expand the release section with the domestic performance in more detail. And also, do you know if it has an Iranian poster? Because that would be even better than the current one, which still is a lot better than the French one which used to be there. Anyway, thanks again for your work on the article. Smetanahue (talk) 07:58, 7 May 2011 (UTC)
- Hello, very pleased to meet you!. I am Iranian, but you can find those info in IMDB. In June there would be a releases in France and Belgium. In July it goes to Germany and UK. The exact date of release in the United States is unknown at the moment, but Sony Pictures Classics has bought the release right from Memento films and this summer or autumn A Separation will be shown in US. Thank You and Bye. -- GOODMANJOON Discussion 13:24, 8 May 2011 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (File:Sb header fa.png)
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Sb header fa.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:36, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
