Hi there! I have a feeling that the biography you recently created about Phil McAndrew may not meet Wikipedia's guidelines for biographies of living people. I suggest that you read this and the notability guidelines. It would be a help if you could find some reliable third party sources to support the text. I have deleted the external links to Facebook and Twitter per Wikipedia's guidelines on unacceptable links.
