Image copyright problem with Image:SWNLogo.gif
[edit]Thank you for uploading Image:SWNLogo.gif. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI 14:41, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Oneplace.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Oneplace.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 14:13, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
response to your message on my talk page
[edit]I changed LU's page back to including the Liberty Way. If sports, entertainment, and extracurricular activities can be listed on the page, so can the policies. I am an LU alumni and feel that it is important for people to know the schools policies. ~
- As far as I remember, I only removed information which was word-for-one listed from the Liberty Way handbook, such as the number of fines for each individual offense. This is NOT RELEVANT to an encyclopedia; if a reader is curious, he can go to the document online and see for himself. Also, please don't forget to sign your posts; this topic should also have been put under its own heading as it is not relevant to LUO. AshleyScripter {talkback} 03:10, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
