RE:
Thank you very much! :D And thank you for going over the article and c/e it, sometimes correct statements and phrasings leave my mind while typing a lot of info like "4 Intimate Nights with Beyoncé" :p Theuhohreo (talk) 15:02, 17 August 2011 (UTC)
- Unfortunately I was 30 seconds too late to buy tickets... :/ But i knew two people who where going and i asked them if they could take pics for me to use on wikipedia and they did for me. :} Theuhohreo (talk) 13:12, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
- Oh. That's nice. Wikipedia is thankful to those kind of people. --Efe (talk) 13:15, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
- I am too! Hahahahahaaa! Although a picture of her performing "Countdown" and "I Was Here" wouldn't have kill em -____-... HAhahahahaa! just kidding :pp Theuhohreo (talk) 13:18, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
- I am thinking the footage will be not released, officially and commercially. Cameras were allowed inside the venue! --Efe (talk) 13:20, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
- I would love if it was! Haha! But everyones videos from youtube keep getting deleted, so her team is up to something.... I'm just completely unsure of what.. I would really love to see this revue though! Hahaha Theuhohreo (talk) 13:21, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
- Perhaps clips will be part of something that B is releasing in the future. But I think the revue's not going to be released as a whole, like I Am Yours.. (of which I have a copy. :P). --Efe (talk) 13:26, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
- Ahhh lucky lucky! I just bought I Am... Tour while trying to persuade every target employee to give me 4 a week before the original release date... Bwhahahahaaaa! I honestly have no clue what direction Bey is going this era so I'm expecting surprises everywhere! VH1 just posted their review of the revue and stated that "I Was Here" is the next single.... How is that possible with "Party" "Countdown" and "End of Time" blowing up the radio? haha Theuhohreo (talk) 14:42, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
- Okay, so theirs a slight problem... My friend just emailed me on FB and told me that the photo that is supposedly Bey performing "I Miss You" is actually "I Was Here".... Should i delete it than re-upload it or just change the name in the description? Sorry to come to you for this, you just happen to be working on the page with me :p Theuhohreo (talk) 15:54, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
- Okay. So after your comments above, I realized those are not yours. But before we get to that issue, let's tackle the moving of the images to WP:Commons. Free images must be transferred to Commons. Try reading this, Wikipedia:Moving_images_to_the_Commons#Transferring_Manually. There are others ways to transfer them (detailed in the page) but I have no time for me to read the entire instruction page. I suggest you go manual. After you have uploaded the images in Commons, you have to tag each image uploaded here in Wiki with {{NowCommons}}. --Efe (talk) 14:08, 19 August 2011 (UTC)
- Now going back to the "issue". There are some policies and procedures you must follow when uploading somebody else's work. It will be easy if they're uploaded somewhere, like Flicker (with free license tag compatible with Commons / Wiki). But I think its not uploaded there. So you just got the images directly from your friends. I don't know where it is detailed (I now forgot), but there's this procedure wherein the owner must confirm that the work is his and he released it (to free license). You may get some help from Commons admins. --Efe (talk) 14:08, 19 August 2011 (UTC)
- I am wondering if you have image for "Crazy in Love" and "Irreplaceable", the latter is an FA. --Efe (talk) 14:08, 19 August 2011 (UTC)
- Perhaps clips will be part of something that B is releasing in the future. But I think the revue's not going to be released as a whole, like I Am Yours.. (of which I have a copy. :P). --Efe (talk) 13:26, 18 August 2011 (UTC)

Who did that? How come it is GA? It should be deleted. Unfortunately, i do not have time to dedicate to editing these days or else i would have worked on that immediately to avoid it getting deleted. Jivesh • Talk2Me 15:50, 19 August 2011 (UTC)

You online? If so can you delete Talk:Like a Virgin/GA2 in lieu of the page being a duplicate of its GAR link. — Legolas (talk2me) 12:37, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Lego. Both are correct, but one must be deleted. First, Talk:Like a Virgin/GA2 was created earlier than Wikipedia:Good article reassessment/Like a Virgin/1, which I think was just a copy paste move from the former. The former is for individual reassessment, while the latter is for communal (see Wikipedia:Good article reassessment/guidelines). Please tell the nominator which one to delete. Thanks. --Efe (talk) 12:53, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
- Not responding I'm afraid. He has previously also raised GARs and then became unresponsive or disappeared for times. Did not seem in good faith to me. Anyhoo, I do think the GA2 one should be deleted, but will it be a problem if both exist? — Legolas (talk2me) 13:10, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
- IMO, the community reassessment page must be deleted. Based on the guidelines, GAR (community) must be used when there was no consensus reached by the involved editors. Seeing that it was only created yesterday, the second copy-and-paste move must be deleted. Also, Peter had a comment there (history page). I suggest you tag the other one. Thanks Lego. --Efe (talk) 13:16, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
- Lol, why are you thanking me? He he. Ok I read the GAR rules and you are right. Well how do I tag it and by which criteria? Will you do it for me Mark? I'm afraid that I will screw it up like every Afd I nominate. — Legolas (talk2me) 13:21, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
- With respect to the nominator, I feel you must wait for his comment. Anyway, you could use Template:Db-g6 (with the rationale). --Efe (talk) 13:27, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
- Did I do it correctly? Can you please check once? — Legolas (talk2me) 13:34, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Legolas. I'm at loss what to do (if to execute deletion) after I saw your incivility on the page. I have reported your behavior at ANI. Please don't take this personal. You are a great editor. Only that sometimes you get carried away. --Efe (talk) 13:55, 20 August 2011 (UTC)

Thanks
I would like to thank Efe for reporting Legolas for incivility. Unfortunately I cannot see in what way he was rude in one particular incident to me as the link has been deleted. I was searching how to report him for incivility myself,as I find his constant bullying, belittling and humilation tactics distressing and not at all in line with Wikipedia conventions. Everyone is human and can make mistakes, and if I made mistakes in my GOOD FAITH nomination for a GAR reassessment of Like A Virgin I do not deserve to be made look like a fool by someone who constantly breaches Wikiquette. I would personally like some form of block or 'punishment' on Legolas as this is not his first warning, but I guess I don't hold that power. Tellingly, I was not given a personal apology - if I hadn't searched for reporting incivility and following link after link after link I would not have found the apology above. --218.185.58.34 (talk) 01:51, 22 August 2011 (UTC)
- Blocking him based on that instance is punitive, and its against the policy of Wikipedia. Instead, it should be preventive. Anyways, thanks for dropping by. I think I know you. Please visit the reassessment page. They might need your inputs. Thank you. --Efe (talk) 14:30, 23 August 2011 (UTC)

Wait Your Turn GAR
Hi Efe,
Thanks for participating in the GAR. Opinions on the merits of the reassessment aside, can you agree that Calvin's votestacking led to early false consensus, which is not a valid reason to limit the discussion period to two days when a GAR normally takes a month? Calvin has managed to persuade an administrator to do just that, and the administrator either does not recognize the votestacking or doesn't care. I presented the evidence for votestacking on the admin's talk page and would appreciate a second opinion there. Thank you. Two Hearted River (paddle / fish) 15:38, 25 August 2011 (UTC)
- Hi TRH. It seems everybody's going against you despite your good intentions. But of course we sometimes have to listen to others. Anyways, merits of the opinions aside, I have commented there. Better yet, report it somewhere where other admins could weigh in their opinions. --Efe (talk) 13:21, 26 August 2011 (UTC)

- I think Sandy's not going a run though the FACs so Mimi's not going anywhere until the following week, I think. My time's limited during weekdays, so I'll have to make this quick. Great improvement on the article. Cannot have a review, however, but I went to see it very very quick and here are my additional comments:
- There's a lot of random quotes in the music and lyrics section. Most of them pertains to individual songs actually. As emphasized in the FAC review, there has to be cohesion in the entire idea that is presented for that particular section.
- I was wondering if Mariah did improve her vocals in Mimi. Did critics noted that (in considerable coverage)? I was wondering if you could also emphasize that (perhaps along music and lyrics).
- Commercial performance. Perhaps you make another subsection for the album's commercial performance since you added the singles. But I am concerned about how that (singles) is presented. Its sort of a collection of info culled from each single's page and pasted unto that subsection. Since its under commercial performance, it is suggested that you revamp that to make it read like commercial performance. There's unnecessary details, too.
- That's all for now. Thanks for the patience, Nathan. Ciao! --Efe (talk) 13:41, 29 August 2011 (UTC)
- I think Sandy's not going a run though the FACs so Mimi's not going anywhere until the following week, I think. My time's limited during weekdays, so I'll have to make this quick. Great improvement on the article. Cannot have a review, however, but I went to see it very very quick and here are my additional comments:
- Hey again Mark. Thanks for the thorough review! I did many big changes (trimming off like 6kb of unneeded info) so whenever you have time, come take a look :). I didn't comment to your individual queries, so just review them when you can. Thanks again!--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 20:11, 28 August 2011 (UTC)
- Peter, I have added my comments there. I might be able to respond during weekdays, but not on re-reviewing the article. Thank you. --Efe (talk) 12:41, 28 August 2011 (UTC)
- Sure. I'll await your response! From what I understand, you aren't supposed to because "it slows down the page loading time" lol.--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 16:02, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
- Okay I have crossed out resolved issues / concerns. I will be back perhaps tomorrow. You know that's huge. BTW, I don't know the existing policy now. Can I possibly use a template to hide (collapsible) those resolved? --Efe (talk) 15:59, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
- Perfect! Thanks very much Mark :)--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 15:46, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
Sure Mark! Not to worry, the FAC won't go anywhere by the weekend :) Now, my comments for those points. A lot of those I can't fix. The "Music and lyrics" are what just that, going into detail about the important songs, and explaining them in detail etc. I don't see how to improve this. I can't just talk nonsense about the album as a whole. Now as for her voice, let me explain. There is a common knowledge that Mimi's voice is "damaged" and not in the shape it was throughout the early-90s. Critics considered it an improved vocal performance over its predecessor, especially on "We Belong Together" which I believe two critics deemed "The Return of The Voice". Aside from that, I can't really tell you any more. I wrote the main facts on each critic on there. What I think I emphasized well was the fact that it was "well-received" in comparison to her previous two albums. Cheers :)--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 15:31, 29 August 2011 (UTC)
- Regarding my concern about the section music and lyrics, take Love. Angel. Music. Baby. for example. If you want to keep those mentioning of almost all songs, try weeding out the unnecessary stuffs like random quotes. Also, like Love. Angel. Music. Baby., I would suggest you give an analysis (based on reliable sources) of Mimi's musical style, and perhaps her voice, to support the lead. --Efe (talk) 04:14, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
- This seems to be the only comment that gets me Mark. Let me explain. First off, the article has 3 samples :P Next, while there is talk about the album direction as a whole, most of it is listed like Mimi. The "songs" section is just like Mimi, while the above is a mixture of that and the album. I think I have also done both. I introduce it with a nice quote regarding the album's different musical facets etc. Also, remember that whatever I posted about the voice part, I did include in the critical reception of the album. So know it is there. When you have more time during the weekend and can review the other changes, then we can go into nit-picky details about this section :D--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 06:23, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
- I requested Sandy to transfer my comments (perhaps in toto) on the nom's talk page. That'll invite other reviewers to weigh in on their comments. Thanks. --Efe (talk) 11:32, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
- Sigh. Mark I really think this is going to overly complicate the nomination. I didn't comment on each point because I feel like I pretty much resolved all of them, so I was only waiting for you to be able to weed out the nitpicks. I really don't see what we are going to get out of moving it to a talk page. This is an FAC and in between you and me, aside from the fact that no one visits the talk page. I'm really confused now. I'm just tempted to pull out :S--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 21:44, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
- Honestly, based on the current standing of the article, I still Oppose. What is bothering me is how the article was organized. Well, there are pretty much information in the article, but then those ramdom quotes, at times non-existent cohesion, and what not are bothering me (well, personally and based on existing FA Criteria). Why I was asking Sandy to transfer those comments of mine was for the nom page to feel like inviting for other reviewers. Even if I crash my Oppose out, still there's no clear consensus. FAC takes more than one or two Supports. Besides, my review was grounded on the contents. There are so many aspects that reviewers look into. And nitpicking? That is very common in that area. While at work, I was actually thinking if my comments there have made the FAC (and for you) stressful (and perhaps frustrating). --Efe (talk) 14:25, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
- No not frustrating Mark. I appreciate the time and effort you put into the review. What gets me is that some of these appear (to me) to be a little opinionated (mostly not). I agree with 90% of you comments; yes info about her garments, and yes random background quotes that don't flow needed removal. However, I really don't see how else to make a better music and lyrics section. LAMB is pretty much the same thing. Every fact about the album is linked to a song: "The album incorporates several themes of wealth as seen in """". You see? Also, the cohesion. There isn't really much of a way to organize an article. I mean you make it seem like a difficult formula. I already moved everything as you asked, and the only section you really have issues with is "singles" (So just tell me where you want it then). Lastly, the transferring comments thing. Honestly Mark, I've given FAC a crack a few times, and I know how it works. Your questions aren't meant to be scattered on a talk page no one is going to read. They are meant to be solved in between you and me. Then if and when there is another editor who shares similar sentiments, they too will be dealt with. I know that no one is going to look at that talk page, and it will sit there, and also its not really their business. If they want to partake in the FAC they know where to go. I just don't like the FAC being thrown into the public page when I know its not going to help. Feel me? Lastly, you haven't been able to take a second thorough look yet, so please, until you do, don't make such brash comments, I really think I nailed almost all of you concerns. Anyways, not to worry Mark, take care and thanks :)--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 16:41, 31 August 2011 (UTC)

- Regarding your comment "They are meant to be solved in between you and me." I feel its going against the principle of Wikipedia. I actually don't believe in that. While FA reviews are meant to be resolved by and between the reviewer and the nominator, there have been many instances that better outcomes are generated by the participation of other reviewers. I don't mean like butting in like what I did here perhaps. So what would you like me to do? --Efe (talk) 13:12, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
Oh no! That butting in comment was helpful :) Thanks for that one. No, its just that I feel you are acting too much, without having looked at the article again. I really think I addressed 80% of your points, so what I thought was good is to wait until the weekend when you're free, and cross out the loads of stuff you wrote that I already addressed. That's all. Transferring comments to the talk page would maybe be applicable if they are still being done, feel me? Its just no one looks at the talk page, and I'm afraid it will drag out the FAC. Anyway, take your time Mark, come back during the weekend, and look into each point and you'll see I have addressed a lot. The few I didn't we can discuss in more depth. Not too worry, I'm not losing my hair over this :)--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 17:42, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
- Hmmm, I actually reviewed the article intermittently. I feel most of my prose concerns (at least those stated) have been addressed, that is why I sort of having this "brash" comments. Anyway, I will do another review if not on Saturday, I promise it will be on Sunday. Thank you. --Efe (talk) 12:49, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks a lor Mark! You see I have patience, I just get nervous when things moved around lol :) Yes, pretty much all the prose issues and coherence etc were removed altogether. Thanks anyway buddy :D--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 17:47, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
- Hey Mark. Thanks for crossing out some things, but there are several of your points that I have resolved that you still have not crossed out. Also, do you think you can re-comment on the ones that have not been addressed so we can discuss and/or resolve them? Thanks. I hope soon I will have made enough changes to get your oppose re-considered :)--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 02:48, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

- Sure heaps :) Thanks! BTW, I know you're younger, but what do you think of Regine or Lea? I always watch Regine's horrid live renditions of MC songs lol. I love Lea though, she really has such a beautiful voice. And Charice, I think she is extremely over-rated.

Hello
Hello, I see you are a member of the Wikipedia:WikiProject Britney Spears and I am inviting you to join a discussion at Talk:Till the World Ends#Tracklistings. about the track listing format on the Britney articles. I would appreciate some opinions. Thanks Nicholas (talk) 00:55, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
Mimi and proposal
Hi Mark. So I addressed the last Mimi comments. So please strike/comment etc. :) Also, I notice you added "Against All Odds" to your list of projects. I have been wanting to get to that page, but its massive :( How would you like to split the page and do a GA-collaboration? You do the Collins and other guy, and I do the two Mariah versions? Something like that? Let me know :)--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 04:49, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- Indeed its massive. I was thinking how to get that one to FAC. Anyway, what do you mean by split? --Efe (talk) 04:54, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- I just told you :P I do the two Mariah sections, and you the Phil (and the other guy). Also, don't forget about Mimi ;)--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 04:57, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- I actually didn't get it at first because you said you wanted to split the page. That could mean moving part of it to another single page. Yep. Reviewing. --Efe (talk) 04:59, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- Oh I see lol. So are you interested? :)--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 05:01, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- Fine with me, but I don't think if I can keep up with your pace. I actually intend to bring that one FAC and skip with GAN. --Efe (talk) 05:05, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- Sure I'm okay with that :) We can co-nom. I'll do my best for those two sections, and just wait for you. Let me know when you are done. Then we can review it and see about FAC :)--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 05:54, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- But I cannot assure you when that would happen. As you can see, I have some three on queue. Also, this one entails scourging the whole internet world partly because I don't have copies of books that mention the song, the movie, etc. But I can see some at Google Books, so that would be of great help. --Efe (talk) 05:57, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- Sure don't worry :) Actually, I can email you scans from the Billboard #1 singles book, that should help with the background and recording of the song.--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 08:39, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- Oh, that's nice. Hope that's available in the Philippines. --Efe (talk) 12:04, 4 September 2011 (UTC)

Also, starting in around a week, I'll probably be away for over a month, so please if we can, try and solve all the issues before then :)--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 19:22, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- Mark. Again, I have limited time at the FAC. I will be leaving Sunday for a month, so I'd like to try and have as much covered as possible before then.
