Please do not move pages around, unless you're sure you know what you're doing. If you're not sure, please ask eg. at the Teahouse.

Also, do not create multiple copies of the same article/draft.

I am a beginner on Wikipedia and need some help. I was trying to edit the Talk:Kambala Srinivas Rao page, but I encountered a message saying it was deleted under G8 (talk page of a deleted page).

I would like to know:How can I address content or discussions related to the deleted page appropriately?

Are there specific steps I should follow to create or request the recreation of the article itself?
