Crash-test result accuracy

[edit]

Hi,

While I appreciate your campaign to add the NHTSA crash test results to the automotive articles, I'll have to ask you to be careful when you do so. I happened to notice one edit on the Ford Focus (North America) page in which the material you added to the article was at odds with your reference (3 stars versus 4).

If you could carefully check your past and future edits against your references, that would be useful to ensure the accuracy of Wikipedia. IFCAR (talk) 07:26, 1 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Night view

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Night view requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Riotrocket8676 You gotta problem with that? 20:38, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I went ahead and started an automotive night vision article instead since the other was too Toyota specific.Dr. zedy (talk)

Thanks for adding the Safety section to the page. it's a valuable addition. However, could you please cite your source(s) for the first paragraph listing the options and standard features? It took a lot of work to get this article to good status and I'm trying to keep it that way. Also, when you do cite sources, could you please add the additional information like all the other references have and not just the link? Thanks. :) --Flash176 (talk) 17:22, 3 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Adaptive highbeam headlamp

[edit]

Hi! I'm a little confused on what your intention is with the edits you've just recently done to Adaptive highbeam headlamp. It seems you may have made an error, which i was going to correct, but i cannot determine the nature of your intention. Please clairify, Thanks. ./zro (⠠⠵) 03:21, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It was an accidental page creation. Dr. zedy (talk)

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 05:40, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

A tag has been placed on Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. 78.32.143.113 (talk) 21:54, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. WuhWuzDat 13:52, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
