Request reason:

It is not a Advertising or Promotional, no deviation of Wikipedia Policy. Its a Registered Political Party, where initially it was a movement Founded by M S Udhayamurthy in the year 1988. With various transformation today ended up as Political Party Desiya Makkal Sakthi Katchi (talk) 10:36, 30 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You are not allowed to have a username in the name of a political party, and political parties are not allowed to have user pages on Wikipedia. Wikipedia accounts are for individual contributors only, who want to help us build our encyclopedia. Please re-read the block message, and make a new unblock request choosing a new username that represents only you as an individual.

Also, the wording you used at Desiya Makkal Sakthi Katchi (eg "These party's are forgotten the People of India. They adopt the method of divide and rule policy, some how seek the power and achieve their goals. There is no Party for the People, By the People. So it is decided to form a Political Party for the people...") is blatant political promotion, and that is absolutely forbidden by Wikipedia's Neutral Point Of View policy - so you also need to explain what you would do if unblocked and how your approach to editing would change.
