I've had a go at cleaning up the above article. If you would like to have another look to see whether this affects your comments at the AfD that would be great. Cheers. Quantpole (talk) 10:13, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
File source problem with File:Wayne-elise.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Wayne-elise.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 03:41, 11 December 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. warrior4321 03:41, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
Magic Bullets references
[edit]Hey Deganveranx,
saw you made a page about Magic Bullets which is good, do you have any good references for this? I am finding it difficult to find references for topics that are notable within the seduction community, but not regarded as notable on Wikipedia. I personally think Magic Bullets is notable enough to have on here, but I don't think the page is strong enough right now with the lack of references. I had a brief search but couldn't find anything good enough, if you know some references in independent, reliable media that would make it easier to support the article should it be selected for deletion DRosin (talk) 20:12, 12 December 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks for the notification, but that's the reason the article is a stub. Others can expand upon the article and improve it. Please read upon WP:STUB. Over the next couple weeks I'll make sure to add more sources for other editors to expand upon. Thanks. Deganveranx (talk) 18:09, 14 December 2009 (UTC)
- Hmm... making it a stub still doesn't make up for having no good references. I had another look and still can't find any. If you read the WP:STUB it states:
Note that if a small article has little properly sourced information, or if its subject has no inherent notability, it may be deleted or be merged into another relevant article.
I think there could be grounds for merging it with Love Systems if it occurs in one of the references on there, but as it stands I think the article is pretty weak regarding sources. What would work best would be some reviews in newspapers or something like that as so far I can only find Amazon and seduction community websites which I've learnt they don't like on Wikipedia at all. If you have some you might as well just add them on now, unless there are some sources you know about which are not public yet, in which case it would make sense to wait DRosin (talk) 18:24, 14 December 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for your concern. I would really appreciate it if you could help contribute to the article instead of keeping criticizing it or trying to get rid of it. We all should contribute more on Wikipedia. Deganveranx (talk) 22:17, 14 December 2009 (UTC)
Nick Savoy picture
[edit]Cool picture on the Nick Savoy page! Make sure all the copyright stuff is okay with it as otherwise it might be deleted though. DRosin (talk) 10:22, 13 December 2009 (UTC)
AfD nomination of Magic Bullets (book)
[edit]An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Magic Bullets (book). We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Magic Bullets (book). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:12, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
File source problem with File:Nicksavoy.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Nicksavoy.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. If the image is copyrighted and non-free, the image will be deleted 48 hours after 21:20, 22 February 2011 (UTC) per speedy deletion criterion F7. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Denniss (talk) 21:20, 22 February 2011 (UTC)
The file File:Three pyramids.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unused with no apparent encyclopedic use, Love Systems was deleted
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. mattbr 17:41, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
