Information icon Greetings. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Rita Ora, did not appear to be constructive and has been or will be reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. The comment clearly states it is place of birth. Qed237 (talk) 16:50, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Qed237 (talk) 16:53, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Rita Ora, you may be blocked from editing. Qed237 (talk) 16:56, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You and others stop putting SFR Yugoslavia, Serbia and Kosovska Mitrovica and many others like these, or I will keep vandalizing those page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dardn2015 (talkcontribs) 17:03, 25 December 2015‎

Hi, when showing birth place we show what nations they are born in, not what nation that place currently belongs to. If you keep editing, which you say you will, then you will be blocked from editing. Qed237 (talk) 23:03, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proper names in English Wikipedia

[edit]

In the English language Wikipedia we normally use the form of a name which is most commonly recognised in English. Thus, for example, we have an article on Germany, not one on Deutschland, an article on Rome, not on Roma, one on Warsaw, not on Warszawa, and so on. Timestamp

[edit]

Hi.

When you update statistics please remember that you should also update the timestamps as of when the stats are correct. This is done by manually updating the date above or below the statistics table. By doing this we show when the stats were last updated and it prevents other editors from accidentally updating the stats again.

Please keep this in mind. Thank you. Qed237 (talk) 11:56, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Stats in football players' infoboxes and update of career stats

[edit]

Hi.

When you update the stats in football players' infoboxes please remember that you should also update the timestamps as of when the stats are correct. This is done by updating |pcupdate= (or |club-update=) parameter when updating club appearances and goals, or |ntupdate= (or |nationalteam-update=) when updating national team appearances and goals. The easiest way to do this is to use five tildes, which automatically converts to the current time. For example |club-update=~~~~~.

When you update the career statistics please remember that you should also update that timestamp as well to a time when the stats are correct. This is done by manually updating the date above or below the statistics table. By doing this we show when the stats were last updated and it prevents other editors from accidentally updating the stats again.

This is done to show other editors when the stats were last updated and prevent them from accidentally updating the stats again, and also it shows readers that it has been updated.

Please keep this in mind. Thank you. Qed237 (talk) 22:52, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free image use

[edit]

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload new images. However, it appears that one or more of the images you have recently uploaded or added to a page, specifically Kosovo national football team, may fail our non-free image policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted image of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our Non-free image criteria. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 14:59, 19 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

File:Kosovo FA.png is a non-free image, and each use of a non-free image is required to comply with Wikipedia's non-free content use policy. So, if you wish to use the file in Kosovo national football team, you need to show how that particular use satisfies all 10 non-free content criteria by providing a valid non-free use rationale for that specific use. Continuing to re-add the file to the article without providing such a rationale is eventually going to be seen as disruptive and a copyright violation, and will lead to an administrator being asked to intervene. If you're not sure how to provide such a non-free use rationale, please ask for assistance at WP:MCQ or WT:NFCC. -- Marchjuly (talk) 15:05, 19 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

April 2017

[edit]

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you remove or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia again, as you did at 2016–17 Football Superleague of Kosovo, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. You wrongfully removed valid content in this edit, teams playing three times against each other in season necessitates the use of two seperate matrices. You also incorrectly marked this edit as minor, you have been warned at least twice before regarding this improper practice. There will be no further warnings....behave or be blocked....the choice is yours. ⇒ Chris0282 (talk) 00:59, 12 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:FC Drita – managers

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Notice

The article Genc Nuza has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

a BLP on a subject that does not meet WP:BASIC

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
