The writing needs some work: edit for smoother flow. History section needs links to existing article on the spill and external references for statement about wildlife kill. "Oil dispersants tend to have HLB values ranging from 8-18.[5]"-say why. Fix link to London interaction. Anionic, Cationic, Nonionic.. no caps needed here. "harshly with Oil dispersants" no caps.
