I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Top 100 songs on American Top 40 of 2005, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. - If you see the source, you'll see there are all 100 points but only 25 build in table. I build only fisrt 25 position and then gave up cos it's very hard. You better help me to complete this page instead of delete it. Delete is always much easier than work. --D.wine 15:45, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Groove Armada - Goodbye Country (Hello Nightclub).jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Groove Armada - Goodbye Country (Hello Nightclub).jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 22:09, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

Template:Nizhny Novgorod Metro

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Why did you move the article? As it is written now, the suburban direction from Moscow is only to Vladimir, from Vladimir to Nizhny Novgorod one needs another article.--Ymblanter (talk) 10:27, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- Sure, but article is mostly about railway line, not suburban connection. Either this article should be extended or renamed to Moscow — Vladimir Line D.wine (talk) 10:42, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- I have written the article, and I know what it is about. The suburban direction is a term from reliable sources. Please stop removing the articles without discussion. Thank you for understanding.--Ymblanter (talk) 12:01, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- There is no such thing as suburban direction. But there is a railway line term. Naming "direction" is incorrect for railway lines. D.wine (talk) 12:20, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- ru:Горьковское направление Московской железной дороги + [1] + [2] + [3]--Ymblanter (talk) 12:24, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- It's just a local slang for people who live in Moscow. But it's still incorrect. Direction cannot be line on fundamental reasons. D.wine (talk) 12:32, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- One of the links I provided is an official site of the Russian Railways. If they officially use what you call slang then we have to use it as well. Anyway, if you want to move smth else please use a requested move. --Ymblanter (talk) 12:42, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- The provided link to an official site of the Russian Railways is just a press-release with a slang names giving for better understanding what services are referring to (as local people are better understand this slang). And there is no official classification of lines in Russian Railways, and no official names. And there is still no such thing as suburban direction. If you want to describe suburban service, please create Moscow suburban services, if you want to describe railway lines, please describe it as lines (with correct names). D.wine (talk) 12:56, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- I provided links and you provided nothing. I am sorry but given your background in the Russian Wikipedia I am not going to take seriously anything you say. If you continue moving article without discussions I will have to report you.--Ymblanter (talk) 13:49, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- The discussion is about arguments, not about sharing links (and definitely, not about personal remarks about editors). I provide arguments, and you provide nothing except links to press releases in different language. If you want links, see how it's used to name articles about railway lines in Wikipedia. I'm sorry, but slang name from another language (even if it mentioned in press) is not a correct name in Wikipedia article. D.wine (talk) 14:30, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- Look, in the end of the day we have to go with reliable sources. What you say about railways in Germany has no relation, whatsoever, to railways in Russia. Concerning a different language, well, yes, if there are tons of reliable sources which use their own names for these suburban directions, then, yes, we need to use these names. However, I am not aware of all these sources (and, well, I am not completely unfamiliar with the subject, and I have been around for a long time). Then we have to take Russian language sources and translate. As easy as that. Ans btw until you manage to rename the Russian Wikipedia articles, your arguments sound extremely weak.--Ymblanter (talk) 14:40, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- It's not only about railways in Germany, no matter if it's Poland, Australia or even Ethiopia - rules are the same. So if you're making article about railway line, please follow this best practice. If you want to describe commuter services in Moscow region, please make it in corresponding article (I think Central Suburban Passenger Company is good for it). As said, there is no such term as suburban direction, you can't find anything about what this thing is in whole Wikipedia, you even can't find what it is in Russian press. So please don't make articles about something that doesn't exist. D.wine (talk) 15:16, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- You do not seem to be interested in listening to me, so I am going to stop talking to you. Just to remind about my warning: If you continue to move articles without discussions, I will report you without any further warnings, and this will likely result in blocks.--Ymblanter (talk) 15:25, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- Treating about "moves without discussions" after you refuse to continue discussion is not a correct way of discussion. I provide arguments to you, you had nothing to reply. I replied your arguments. I sorry, but it's seems like it's you're not listening. Warnings and threats are not arguments in discussion. As result of discussion, I see that my moves are correct. If you decide to quit the discussion, you accept this, so please don't make any further steps against these. D.wine (talk) 15:58, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- I do not think I am under obligation to reply to every statement of yours (and I know this can go forever and this is why you have been previously indefblocked in the Russian Wikipedia, in the first place). No, the fact that I do nopt react to every statement of yours does not demonstrate in any way that you are right. Again: if you insist of moving the articles, open a RM and demonstrate that your suggestion is based on policies of the English Wikipedia.--Ymblanter (talk) 16:07, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- I am NOT indefblocked in Russian Wikipedia, this is definitely not true. I'm still active user. I hope you said this just because you misunderstood something. Anyway, again: don't make personal remarks about editors, this is not correct way of discussion. And again: discussion is about arguments. If you don't argument something against argument, means you agree with that. This is how Consensus is achieved. D.wine (talk) 16:42, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- No, not really. You completely misunderstand WP:CONSENSUS. I did not say you are currently blocked on the Russian Wikipedia, I said you were indefblocked.--Ymblanter (talk) 17:00, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- indefblocked means indefinitely blocked, are you sure you understand what you're talking about? My last block in Russian Wikipedia was in 2012 (3 days). I'll leave outside question why instead of giving arguments, you're exploring my blockage history in another Wikipedia. Let's stop personal remarks right now and get back to discussion (of course if you want to prove your point). D.wine (talk) 17:17, 29 January 2020 (UTC)

- You added material which has no relation to the topic of the article and is not based on reliable source. Per WP:BRD, it is your responsibility to achieve consensus at the talk page first. --Ymblanter (talk) 18:13, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- The topic is a railway line, right? I just add information from the corresponding Russian Wikipedia aricle, that you were reffering to. D.wine (talk) 18:37, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- The topic is the suburban directuion (you are still not getting that the Russian Railways do not use the notion of a "line", with a very few exceptions, and even then it is not official), but, fine, I added a couple of sentences about long-distance trains using the same tracks.--Ymblanter (talk) 20:26, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- It was menioned before few times: there is no such thing as suburban direction (even in Russian sources - direction, but not suburban direction). Let's make it clean: the article is about railway line or about suburban service? Further edit and renames will be based on this fact. D.wine (talk) 20:39, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
