I received your email and am answering here for transparency. The deleted versions of Paymoneywubby are of no particular value, since they are short, unreferenced, and far out of date. I'd recommend just going and creating an article from scratch with real references supporting notability. Undeleting the wholly inadequate first version would serve no purpose.
