As for the tone issues, words like "award-winning" and "academic leader" are vague and promotional. In addition, most of the sources cited are by the subject (in this case, you). If you think the draft now meets the criteria for inclusion, then feel free to resubmit. Note that the "notability" as defined in Wikipedia is quite different from its everyday use. Without in-depth coverage in independent and reliable sources, it is hard to write a cohesive or neutral article. I haven't seen your edited version yet, but currently the draft is not very "cohesive" for a lack of a better term; it reads like a CV or a resume. Sorry, I should have been more specific. Currently, the cited sources do not give enough information about the hospital to write an entire article about it. The SunStar source is just an announcement of the construction starting. MCM is not an independent source. pna.gov only tangetially discusses the hospital.
