Idea
Hey. I was wondering if you think that making a newsletter for the baseball wikiproject would be a good idea. It would get the word out for the article improvement drive, would ideally bring back some users who haven't done much with the project, and would make us more solid. Since you're an active member I'd thought I'd ask you if you were interested, and if so, for some help. Just an idea I'm throwing out there, I'll post it on the talk page for the project soon as well to see if there's interests. Wizardman 22:02, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
Slip
I dunno, I think we should just put up FA, FL and GA on there... you know. If you were to like start putting B-class or whatever on there you would have to do it for every article and I just think it'd be too much then. REZTER TALK ø 13:52, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
- On a more personal note are you going to either of the Mayhem Fest dates in Pennsylvania in August? REZTER TALK ø 17:07, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
- Well I'd love to say right now that I'm going. However the only ones annoucned so far are Reading and Leeds Festivals... I currently live in Middlesbrough and the closest is Leeds but that's still 70 miles away... it's sold out so the only way I can get tickets is on eBay and I don't have the money for that, or anyway to get there. But I will be moving to Leeds in September and if or when they actually announce UK tour dates I will try my hardest to go. Plus I'd rather see them at a gig than a festival because a gig is much more personal and intense. REZTER TALK ø 20:01, 8 July 2008 (UTC)

Hey. I'm fairly new to wikipedia and I was wondering how you make your user name look fancy when you sign your name on talk pages. I noticed a bunch of people do that. Iloveheadbangingmusic (talk) 20:42, 11 July 2008 (UTC)

I couldn't help but notice when cleaning up the participant list for WP:HOCKEY that you had never actually signed up. With all the work you have been doing on hockey articles. I thought I would harass you to sign up. Boost our numbers so to speak. -Djsasso (talk) 21:55, 24 July 2008 (UTC)

Newsletter...
Sorry for delivering it so late; I wasn't able to get online most of the day, and to make things worse, no matter what I tried, AWB wouldn't recognize the username links on the page (the same problem MFC had). Ah well, I'm delivering them by hand. jj137 (talk) 02:55, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Also, regarding the newsletter, I thought maybe including recent baseball DYKs that passed and appeared on the main page would be a good addition to the newsletter. Let me know what you think. KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 04:13, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Sure, got it. I'll let you know if we come up with anything interesting for WP:PHILLIES that could be applied. I know we are doing select game analysis, and I have a guy lined up to do that for the Phillies, but that's a lot harder with every team to make sure everyone is represented fairly, so I don't think that would be good for the Baseball project. KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 04:23, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- That would be great for milestones and things like that. If you ever decide to do anything needing game analysis, statistics analysis, hell, critical baseball analysis of any kind, let me know. I'm a serious stathead. KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 04:26, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

- Yeah, it's interesting that it's the AL's 10–0–1 streak in games vs. the NL's 9–0–1 streak in extra innings. KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 04:36, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Seriously. I wonder if Francona will surrender since he's out of bench players. I hope so (I like the Twins too but the NL deserves this). KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 04:39, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Utley should have played all 12 innings. KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 04:43, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, in football, if you're that close, you get three chances before you have to take the "gimme points." There are no gimmes in this game. You sweat and grind, you earn every run, every out. There is no two-point conversion, no extra point, no penalty flags, just pure, old-fashioned sport. KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 04:48, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

Newsletter
That looks good so far. Do you think it would look better if we centered the title and issue number/date? (Just a suggestion.) jj137 (talk) 15:53, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
- Ok, I added it. The title looks good centered, but I'm not sure about the Issue line. jj137 (talk) 16:16, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
- Right now, I can't think of anything else to add, but if I do, I'll go ahead and add it. Also, the Outreach department and All-star Game delivery date sound like great ideas. jj137 (talk) 22:15, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
- I definitely agree with you about the Yankees but think the "From the editor" section is perfectly fine; Yankee Stadium does have some history behind it, no matter what angle you look from. Also, I think in the News section, one of us could add before delivery the results of the HR Derby. As for the delivery... should we give deliver it to everybody at first (so that the most people will see it) and have an "opt-out" list? And I'm guessing we will have one of our delivery bots deliver it in that case, as we have a lot of members. jj137 (talk) 17:22, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
- I would just use Newsletterbot. There are pretty simple instructions on the userpage about how to have the bot deliver the newsletter when the time comes. jj137 (talk) 21:55, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
- No problem - I just remembered it too. jj137 (talk) 20:33, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

Tattered and Torn
hey man have you hearda about this? The new "Slipknot clothing line". Check it out here (the main link is here but that page won't load for me so I archived it). There's certainly potential of this becoming a stand-alone article if we get more sources and more information but we should just add the info to the Slipknot (band) article for now. We could maybe do something like Rocawear. REZTER TALK ø 17:52, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
- About the Voliminal chart thing.. I think we should still have the table even though it is only one chart you know. Because it's just easier accessible information and we should stick to the same format throughout the articles even if we don't have as much info. REZTER TALK ø 22:17, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
- That's an awesome idea... but maybe refine the definition a bit so we can have it on maybe GACs too. REZTER TALK ø 04:03, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
- I think the blue one. REZTER TALK ø 04:27, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
Yeah OK dude.. lets make Voliminal the AoF, and yes I did know Sid broke both of his heels I added the info to the Mayhem festival article. REZTER TALK ø 04:45, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
- What do you think we should do about the release date on the Voliminal article? Should we just put December 5 because it is their home country you know. REZTER TALK ø 05:04, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah they had premiers on December 5th. I think we should go by their own country because are we really gonna put August 20th on AHIG just because it's released in Japan on the 20th? You know it should be their own country because it's only a few days difference. But I dunno what Wikipedias stance on it is. REZTER TALK ø 05:10, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
- Lol dude I'm about ready to pass out it's 6am and I've been up all night so I will begin writing the Voliminal article later. REZTER TALK ø 05:15, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
I think it's reliable... as Blogcritics states it's a magazine. REZTER TALK ø 21:26, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
I just added an image and Production info, I think we're pretty much done. Dude this article is sick... we really fucking rocked this one and it basically took one day... unbelievable man. REZTER TALK ø 04:07, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah I definitely think it's certainly attainable, but maybe we should do the Slipknot band members article next, we could get that up to FL standards pretty easily and quickly and then work on Slipknot (band) and then figure out what we're gonna do next. REZTER TALK ø 04:14, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- OK... I'll add Voliminal as a GAC. Whiel we'red on the subject I think we should also remove all mentioning of Greg Welts.. he isn't really notable and none of the three books I have talk of him (I have seen photos of him... but only on fan websites). He wasn't even part of the band for long and he didn't appear on any recordings so it's not really notable. I started work (kinda) on the article in User:Rezter/Sandbox2. REZTER TALK ø 04:23, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah that's right. REZTER TALK ø 05:03, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- I think we should go with this order; (#8) Corey Taylor, (#7) Mick Thomson, (#4) Jim Root, (#2) Paul Gray, (#1) Joey Jordison, (#6) Shawn Crahan, (#3) Chris Fehn, (#0) Sid Wilson, (#5) Craig Jones. Based on that's waht we've done on all of the articles we've worked on so far on the principle that they are ordered like; vocals, guitars, bass, drums.. then "additional elements" if that makes sense. It's good to have some constant throughout all our articles, however I think for the past members we should just have them in order that they left. And yes include their numbers. REZTER TALK ø 05:15, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
I have to sleep now man, but I'll help with the prose sections of the article later, great working with you again we really do make a great team, brilliant work on Voliminal. \m/ REZTER TALK ø 06:10, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- OK so I've done the main body of the Slipknot band members article, and I've tidied up the Timeline... we now need to do an intro and I think we should be ready to nominate it for a FL. I kept Greg Welts as I was overlooking a book I had which had quite a lot of info on him, even interviews with band members talking about him so he's in there. I'm not really sure what we should do for an intro, do you have any ideas? REZTER TALK ø 01:13, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah I think that's about it, what do you think? Is it too long? REZTER TALK ø 05:11, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- After we've sorted the thing out about the past member's articles (see my proposal at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Slipknot) I will nominate it as a FL. If there's any changes that need making then they will be identified in that. REZTER TALK ø 05:27, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- That doesn't sound like a bad idea... but maybe wait until it's a FL and just drop him a line asking him to take a look at the article. I saw that he took a shine to the Vol. 3 article and it's pretty cool it's a FAC, lol soon we'll have two GAC, a FAC and FLC all at the same time lol. REZTER TALK ø 05:33, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah definitely, there's no point adding another article to the mix, just yet. REZTER TALK ø 05:44, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Hey what's up, you've probably noticed that I uploaded new photos of the band from the Mayhem festival. I got them from here; http://flickr.com/search/?s=rec&l=commderiv&w=all&q=mayhem+festival&m=text if you think any other articles would benefit from more of those images and you need help uploading them let me know. REZTER TALK ø 17:50, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Just out of interest did you leave Gary King a message like you planned to? REZTER TALK ø 18:22, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Well if you see Turntablism it's a term used to distinguish the difference between somebody who creates music with turntables and mixer equipment and a DJ who just plays and/or mixes other peoples music. It's not a word, but it's certainly a term used within music circles. I think it should be remain in the article, however if need be (and the HIGHER POWER thinks so) we can remove it. REZTER TALK ø 03:44, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- Pfft man, looking back at it I think the article is weak man, haha seriously. I think I've gotten better in writing articles since I wrote that (I hope hehe) and I believe we should just rewrite it completely. I'm not even sure we should do it yet though because of AHIG coming out soon and stuff... but I dunno. I mean what other articles could we do? Do you think we should start the band members' pages? REZTER TALK ø 04:04, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
Yeah we could do the Portal, that's a good idea. I don't really know much about them but I'm here to help with whatever you need. REZTER TALK ø 04:18, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- You think we should work on a new layout design? REZTER TALK ø 04:27, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah dude.. I'm redoing the topics box. REZTER TALK ø 05:09, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- Do we need a biography section? The layouts kidna good without it and we could always put biographys in the select article thing. REZTER TALK ø 05:30, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, nice job man. Sorry I left for a bit I went to take my dog for a walk. REZTER TALK ø 06:10, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- Ahaha right now my sleep patterns are all fucked up because when I'm not at college or whatever I don't really do much so I'm awake a lot and because of that I kind of get manual jet lag. It's currently 7:15 am, and I woke up at 2.30pm yesterday, hehe... I don't think I'll sleep until at least 10 am, maybe 11. I only sleep for about 5 hours though. REZTER TALK ø 06:16, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- Hell yeah, I'd definitely say so. A lot has happened since the last one, back them Vol. 3 was still a GAC, we've had like 3 GA's since then, two more GAC, a FAC and a FLC. REZTER TALK ø 06:26, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, but if anything I think it's good to have them like on the project page or whatever, kind of like "the history of the project" kind of things. Plus you know... it's good to boast about how good we are hahaha. REZTER TALK ø 06:31, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
Hey I typed up the article from the latest Kerrang! in which Corey talks about all the tracks on the album. They're at my Sandbox, we could construct it in to a Lyrical themes section. REZTER TALK ø 17:42, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- The only reason I did it liek that in my Sandbox is because it's a direct type up of the magazine and it's laid out like that. I don't think we should do that on the article. We should pin point key areas and focus on them, then use examples. So stuff like; "Lyrically the album touches upon politics and religion, areas that the band have previously not addressed. "Execute" the album opener features...." You know, I don't want a section full of quotes or a list of the song track by track, it should be touched upon as a whole and then we could pin point key tracks to the subjects we're talking about. Also I jsut downloaded the new Metal Hammer podcast which features their opinion of the new album after one listen aswell as an interview with Joey Jordison. I just listened to their opinions... we could use it in the reception section and i'll see what Joey says and if theres any material we can use. REZTER TALK ø 18:35, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
On a kind of unrelated note, the same person who posted those Mayhem pics also uploaded pics of both Chris and Mick unmasked (as well as other bands) playing xbox, Just wondering if you think there's any use to them? Chris: [1] [2] Mick: [3] [4] Together: [5] REZTER TALK ø 19:42, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think it should be in the AHIG article... you know we should keep that just for album. I uploaded three of those pics (one of chris, mick and one together) to http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Slipknot so if we need them they're there. REZTER TALK ø 20:36, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah that is good for his article. Another one I found interesting was when he said something about him and Paul basically writing the whole of Iowa then giving it to Corey to add lyrics, saying that that create "dark times" for the band and with Vol. 3 they had to "learn to be a band again" and start writing music together again. Maybe we could add that to the Iowa article. REZTER TALK ø 17:08, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
- Great idea dude... more apraisle ahaha. I'm sick of waiting dude it's just annoying. REZTER TALK ø 04:56, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
Have you got any preference of which article we do next? Wanna start the members or singles articles? Or are you up for the main article rewrite now or should we until after AHIG? I guess I'm up for whatever, just a bit indecisive. REZTER TALK ø 04:10, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
- I agree and I'm totally down for starting on the members and someone like Joey or Corey would be great to get the ball rolling, you know crack the back so to speak like we did with the Slipknot album. The choice is yours Joey or Corey? REZTER TALK ø 04:54, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
- It doesn't really matter which I have the more sources for, we'll have to do them all eventually so it's purely up to you which one you would like to do first haha, decide or die. REZTER TALK ø 05:59, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think we should put it in focus.. just yet, yeah I just blanked my sandbox, if we need that Kerrang article again it'll always be in my history. I'll start posting sources up on there later too. REZTER TALK ø 06:12, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
- Wow that video of him in his house is awesome, I've never seen that, we'd need to find the source of it to use it though. It looks like it's from 2007 because that's when he had his hair like that. REZTER TALK ø 07:13, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
- Well you can't list YouTube as the source if it isn't, because the video uploaded is a copyright violation. I highly doubt that that video was uploaded by the creator. REZTER TALK ø 07:30, 20 July 2008 (UTC)

The Baseball WikiProject Newsletter Issue I – July 2008 | |
This month's newsletter was designed and written by Wizardman, jj137, and Blackngold29. If you would like to contribute to future newsletters, please contact the Baseball WP outreach dept. |
Baseball has a history unlike any other sport. It has been played in countless countries throughout the decades, and it will undoubtedly continue play for many more. On this eve, some the finest players the sport has to offer will take the field at the Yankee Stadium. Four popes spoke there, Pelé scored goals there, "The Greatest [football] Game Ever Played" was battled out there, John Philip Sousa lead a band there, George Costanza worked there; but what do all these events have in common? They fail to reach the level of greatness that the baseball that was played there did. In 1923, a man named Babe Ruth decided to build a new house, and over the years, that house was a home to some of the greatest baseball ever played. If I were to list out all of these great moments, it would be longer than the bill for the New Yankee Stadium. So I'll sum it up by saying that we can remember these great moments by adding them to this place we've gathered at for future generations to read about, to learn about, to dream about; but more importantly we can watch tonight and we can remember how baseball is unlike anything else that we will encounter in our lives. — Blackngold29 |

Probably the best month so far for the project. Two GAs, two more GANs, one FAC and one FLC. All albums and DVDs are now high quality albums, with the exception of All Hope Is Gone which is expected to become a GA shortly after release.
Slipknot have began their tour throughout the United States on the Mayhem festival. However, after breaking both heels from a 12 foot on-stage jump #0 will be performing the remainder of the tour in a wheelchair. The band will be featured in next week's issue of Kerrang!. There are nine different collectable covers (one with each member of the band) for only the third time in magazine history. Their first music video of All Hope Is Gone for the song "Psychosocial" premiered last night. |

Revision bug
Hey Blackngold, I've had to revert your comment at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Innocent Bystanders due to a weird bug, see here and here for details. It wasn't your fault, but your edit inadvertently blanked the page. I just wanted to let you know in case you were wondering what was going on, and in case you wanted to re-comment. Take care. --Bongwarrior (talk) 07:07, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

I dunno, because it's the right classification? I dunno. But yea, I've got time, I'm willing to work. But I still feel that we need consensus to remove the summaries, it's a big change to the article. Rau's Speak Page 02:54, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
- Well, in that case, it's been a few days. I won't do it, but I won't object. And, do you have any suggestions for what we could add to the lead? Rau's Speak Page 03:04, 21 July 2008 (UTC)

Hi there. I left comments on 17th July. Are you going to address these issues? Let me know if you need any help! — Wackymacs (talk ~ edits) 20:20, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
Portal
Yeah i know, i didn't really know what i was doing, i thought it would change by being replaced. My bad lol Jakisbak (talk) 00:18, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah i just thought i would try help out but it didn't really work, o well lol. I've seen some of your edits together, you're a pretty good team Jakisbak (talk) 00:23, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
Slipknot members
No, not really. I've been wary of promoting lists which have zero support, but it's not unheard of. Just recently though, some long-term participants at WP:FLC have questioned my motives so I'm trying to be careful. I'd rather see the community decide on a consensus to promote than just me. The Rambling Man (talk) 16:18, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
- And you don't need to support your own nominations - it's pretty clear you support the promotion if you're nominating it! The Rambling Man (talk) 17:31, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
pnc etc
Thank you for your kind comments about bold i be. If you really need more, check out Ribonucleic Records. (I also did a video for my track about violent video games, "Support the Virtual Troops".) I am, alas, too busy these days to offer help with the PNC article, but I wish you good luck with it. Cheers! – Scartol • Tok 04:12, 30 July 2008 (UTC)

Now are you sure you want to tell a lot about yourself on Wikipedia? I just want you to be careful of revealing a lot about you on this site, that's all. Cheers! -- K. Annoyomous24 GO LAKERS! 03:54, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
Joey
Hey man, I've written basically the whole of the "Early life" section for Joey check it out. I'd like your opinion on it if you can. Is tehre too much information, like is there stuff which really shouldn't be there? I'm gonna write the section about his mask now, well the history of it anyway, we'll probably have to find sources that explain the changes between albums. I'm also unsure about what kind of things I would write in the Slipknot section, because I don't want it to turn in to a Slipknot story, you know. REZTER TALK ø 00:57, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah I don't see why not. REZTER TALK ø 07:29, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
- I don't know much dude... knock yourself out. I have one book which mentions them and it's only like a paragraph long, I'll type it up for you. You'll need more sources though. REZTER TALK ø 02:26, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- All I have in this book is it says that Jordison joiend The Rejects who was fronted by Dizzy Draztik, it doesn't list any other sources. Then the only source I have that talks of the murderdolls in on the sandbox... I don't know much about them. REZTER TALK ø 02:51, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- Haha what a cool coincidence. Yeah I think the Murderdolls section is long enough, like I said we don't want Slipknto or Murderdolls sections to be extensive because they have their own articles fr that, we only want to really say his involvement in then and how they came about and that. I mean the Slipknot section won't be much longer than the Murderdolls one you've wrote. I have moved the sources you place in there down to the influences section because I think that should stay in there... like that section should talk about how creative he is and how he is considered one of the driving forces of Slipknot and Murderdolls and those types of thing while the biographical section should just talk about him joining and stuff like that. You could get started on the style and influences sections if you want and I'll finish up the biography section. As for a source for his guitar equipment, I think we will need one but I had a quick look but couldn't find much, maybe you may have more luck. REZTER TALK ø 04:18, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, good point and I can't find a FA with one. I think it fails WP:Trivia too. REZTER TALK ø 04:28, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- I combined the two, I thought I was to finish off the biography section and you were to start the style section? Haha nevermind, NOW GET BACK TO WORK!! haha =] REZTER TALK ø 05:30, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- Influences should also talk about what music influenced him and all that. And the style section should be about the style of music he plays so talk about Slipknot and Muderdolls in there. Maybe talk about his drumming technique if you can find sources. Oh and don't worry about that source, it's already sourced in the article but not in the sandbox, it'll be fixed when I put it on the article. REZTER TALK ø 05:42, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- OK well maybe you can work on Style and after I've finished the Biography I'll get digging on the influences. REZTER TALK ø 05:53, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- It's really not hard for me to find sources that talk of bands he likes, we'll jsut make it brief. You know you can make a brief section of prose based on the style of music he plays and I'll do the influences. It may be brought up in a GAn or something, it won't take that much work I don't think. REZTER TALK ø 06:18, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah I have it on DVD, it is great. REZTER TALK ø 06:27, 22 July 2008 (UTC)

What do you mean? He doesn't wear his mask outside of Slipknot. REZTER TALK ø 03:57, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah you can mention it, I don't have any sources.. search around a bit. I'm gonna be gone for a bit now though. REZTER TALK ø 04:02, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
- Dude I jsut got the new Kerrang! (you know the one with the 9 covers [I got the Joey one]) anyway it has some awesome info in about the album and surprisingly there's a bit were Joey talks about how he's just recently came clean from narcotics, talking about how he ended up in Mercy Hospital.. the same hospital he was born in. Do you think we should put that in the article and if so where? I'm gonna add some shit to the AHIG about the writing/recording. REZTER TALK ø 09:29, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
- No this is pretty much all I've heard of his personal life, if we were to add it to the article where would we put it? REZTER TALK ø 14:22, 23 July 2008 (UTC)

Yeah I know it's pretty clear cut that it's a photo of them in front of the mansion, but I don't have a source sorry. I looked a bit over the internet and couldn't really find anything on the SE. I'm gonna rewrite and expand the recording section for AHIG now... just fyi. REZTER TALK ø 08:35, 24 July 2008 (UTC) REZTER TALK ø 08:35, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- I thought about it for a bit and I don't think we need a style or influences section really... I dunno. The Slipknot article has one.. yet if we get to band members which don't have as much biographical info it'd be good to have that extra section. Plus the Joey article is almost all biographical info and it'd be nice to have a style section, what do you think? REZTER TALK ø 07:41, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
- I'm sure they all have their individual reasons for why they picked their numbers but I don't have any sources. However I don't beleive there was a system, I think they each just chose them. REZTER TALK ø 05:27, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
Dude.... I have had a NIGHTMARE!!! Over the past few days Wikipedia wasn't laodign for me (no idea why... but it was the only website that wouldn't load for me lol). You can't use that image, I uploaded it before and it got removed because apparently the stage design is copyrighted. REZTER TALK ø 12:55, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- The commons isnt loadign for me so i cant give you the links but if you select uploadign from Flickr, theres a link to soem tool where you enter the id number of the page and it generates a description template for you, also on commons it advises you use the simple uploader if you use that tool to gatehr the information. REZTER TALK ø 17:37, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- My problem is that it just doesn't load.... like i don't get 404 errors or anything it will just stay loading FOREVER... sometimes it half loads pages and if I leave it, it eventually times out and fails. I actually spent the last hour just trying to read that message you sent me, I dunno about the next AoF... I dunno whether I'll be able to help you at all, because I dunno wtf is going on. REZTER TALK ø 18:07, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- It's only Wikipedia that isn't working which is really pissing me off.... because I mean... wtf, why is only one site not working for me? Plus it's liek the main website I want to go on. REZTER TALK ø 18:18, 1 August 2008 (UTC)

Re: List of Philadelphia Phillies managers
I wanted to give you this after the list got promoted, but apparently I've got more fighting to do. So anyway...

For your contributions to List of Philadelphia Phillies managers and its (hopeful) promotion to WP:FL. KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 20:21, 1 August 2008 (UTC) |
- I agree; I hope so too. I only hope that people can look past what they think to be perfect and find a middle ground where things that are good get recognition too. KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 20:34, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- Maybe next time I write a featured list candidate I will just write an accompanying essay. KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 20:42, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- BTW, the article improvement drive says it's still open, but it was supposed to be over a week ago. Didn't know if you missed it... KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 21:00, 1 August 2008 (UTC)

Sorry, I was away for a few days and did not get to peer review Halo (series) before it was closed. I guess I will see it at FAC. --Laser brain (talk) 04:56, 5 August 2008 (UTC)

Hey man it seems like I'm forced to take a break, I'm still getting this problem. But hey I'm moving away for University in a month so when I get settled there I should be able to edit again. If you need me specifically for anything you can email me at rezter@gmail.com, it's pointless leavign me messages on my talk page because I'm lucky when I can access Wikipedia (like now).
