[edit]Hello, I'm LizardJr8. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to The Wire have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to List of awards and nominations received by Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. R0paire 20:18, 27 December 2024 (UTC)

Request reason:
All I did was compliment the beautiful Julia Louis-Dreyfus. How is that disruptive?
Decline reason:
Your edits are the definition of WP:NOTHERE, which this unblock reqest does not address. Isabelle Belato 🏳🌈 20:28, 27 December 2024 (UTC)

Request reason:
I'm sorry, but I'm a little confused. Could you please explain how my edits constitute WP:NOTHERE
Decline reason:
There is no Emmy Award for "outstandingly sexy actress" but you edited an article to say that there was. In this edit you added your personal views about a TV show to the lead of the article about it. Wikipedia articles are not the place for you to post your personal views about the topic. I think you are fortunate that the block was not an actual WP:NOTHERE block, which has no specific end date. 331dot (talk) 20:50, 27 December 2024 (UTC)

Request reason:
Ah, I see. That makes sense; if we let people put their personal opinions into articles then this whole site will become a flame war. I'm sorry that my edits were disruptive. I promise that I'll never make such edits again.
Accept reason:
I'm not exactly confident that you really do understand, but as this is a short, timed block the risk of unbloking early is realtively low. I strongly suggest you review our policies on neutral point of view, original research and vandalism, all three of which you violated, before making any more edits. Welcome back. Please stop. If you continue to introduce jokes into articles, as you did at List of awards and nominations received by Julia Louis-Dreyfus, you may be blocked from editing. Wikipedia is a serious encyclopedia, and contributions of this type are considered vandalism. Frost 12:02, 29 December 2024 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Frost 12:02, 29 December 2024 (UTC)
