I'm still building the entry. I am doing work for the authors of the book, and am modeling the entry after the Wikipedia entry for another economics book, Freakonomics. All necessary links, cites, sources, etc., will be added.

Good, that is perfectly fine. I would just like to inform you that it is not appropriate to verbatim copy text from, for instance, the PR summary of the publisher. The reason for this is that we have no way to check who you are, and as such can not verify that you are acting with the permission of the publisher.
