Image:Mcmahon-shane5.jpg listed for deletion
An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Mcmahon-shane5.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Orphaned fair use image (Image:Sweetcm.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Sweetcm.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Nv8200p talk 05:00, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

Image tagging for Image:SweetChinMusic.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:SweetChinMusic.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Copyright issue with Image:Vdjs 04.jpg
Hello. Concerning your contribution, Image:Vdjs 04.jpg, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.onlineworldofwrestling.com/pictures/m/mcmahons/24.jpg. As a copyright violation, Image:Vdjs 04.jpg appears to qualify for speedy deletion under the speedy deletion criteria. Image:Vdjs 04.jpg has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message. For text material, please consider rewriting the content and citing the source, provided that it is credible.
If you believe that the article or image is not a copyright violation or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the GFDL, you can comment to that effect on Talk:Image:Vdjs 04.jpg. If the article or image has already been deleted, but you have a proper release, you can reenter the content at Image:Vdjs 04.jpg, after describing the release on the talk page. However, for text content, you may want to consider rewriting the content in your own words. Thank you, and please feel free to continue contributing to Wikipedia. Garion96 (talk) 20:05, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
- Correct, you took that picture from a dvd. The dvd is copyrighted by whoever produces the dvd. The fact that you edited some on the picture does not mean you are the copyright holder of that image. Ergo, you can't release it under the GFDL license. It could perhaps be a fair use image, but in that case it would fail our fair use criteria. Garion96 (talk) 20:24, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

Image:Orton-rko.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Orton-rko.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add
Replaceable fair use disputed
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Yamla 16:32, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

Blocked
You have continued to upload and use images in blatant violation of WP:FU after I specifically told you to stop. Your continued violations are placing Wikipedia in legal jeopardy. You have been blocked for 24 hours. You are welcome to resume editing once the block expires but please refrain from uploading or using any more images until you have read and understood our image policies. --Yamla 16:36, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
Vandalism
Please do not add unhelpful and non-constructive information to Wikipedia, as you did to Image:Shane-dance.jpg. Your edits could be considered vandalism, and they have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.
This edit is blatantly false and you know this. Any further actions like this may result in a block or possibly a ban from editing. --Yamla 17:40, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Wrestling pictures
You said: "Hey, I try to put what the licensing tells me to put!!! Give me some tips!!!!"
- Okay, give me an example image that you have uploaded and I'll tell you what information is missing or why the image cannot be used. --Yamla 17:49, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, that image cannot be used at all. It is a copyrighted promotional image which could theoretically be replaced by someone taking a picture. That is, by a freely-licensed image. See WP:FU. Specifically, the bit that says we may only use freely-licensed images to depict subjects which still exist. This is not freely-licensed. A freely-licensed image would be one released to the public domain (i.e. no copyright), or licensed with the GFDL or some CC licenses. The image itself cannot be used by the Wikipedia. No extra information that you add will be sufficient for this image. --Yamla 18:06, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
You asked: Okay. Is that the same with Image:Shane-dance.jpg?"
- Exactly the same thing. It's a copyrighted promotional image which could be replaced by a free image. --Yamla 18:55, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Last question! What about Image:Hbk-scm4.jpg Batmanrules677
- Exactly the same thing. See how it is depicting a living person doing something the person continues to do. See how it would be possible for someone to take a photograph. See how this is not freely-licensed. --Yamla 23:48, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Cool. So, are you gonna delete it? Batmanrules677
- You can mark it for deletion by adding Not freely-licensed to the images. --Yamla 23:52, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

You said: "Hey, so if I go to a live wrestling event, and take pictures, would I be able to put these photos on wikipedia?"
- Yes, so long as you license the image under the terms of the GFDL or other such license. --Yamla 17:46, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
- And WP:PW would be elated to have another much needed free use image. We are short on those considering the number of articles that we need pics for. Peace, 声援 -- The Hybrid 02:33, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

John Cena
Please stop adding fair use images, such as this one to the John Cena article. That article has more than enough public domain images as it is, there's no reason to add fair use images as well, since wikipedia prefers to have as little copyrighted information as possible. Orphaned fair use image (Image:Cena word-life.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Cena word-life.jpg.
Thank you. «»bd(talk stalk) 13:47, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

Unspecified source for Image:Shane coast-to-coast.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Shane coast-to-coast.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the GFDL-self-no-disclaimers tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as article name or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 01:32, 8 March 2007 (UTC). Basically, any image taken by the WWE will violate Wiki policy unless it is nothing but a logo. If any people are in it, then it will violate policy. Trust me. Peace, -- The Hybrid 23:48, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
If the WWE has taken a picture, and it has a human being in it, then it is a violation of Wikipedia policy to upload it 100% of the time. -- The Hybrid 23:55, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
If, and only if, the creator of the image has agreed to release the image as free use( very uncommon) may you upload it. If you don't know if they have, contact them about it, but do not upload it yet. If you can't contact them, do not upload it. If they reply with a no, but grant Wikipedia permission to use it anyway, do not upload it, as that is not good enough. -- The Hybrid 00:06, 22 March 2007 (UTC)

No, actually. I don't hate him like so many people do, and I think that he has tremendous potential, but I'm not that big on him. The warnings at the top of my page are an inside joke. Some dude vandalized the Cena article saying that Cena was dead, several people saw it and believed it, they left messages on the talk page, and it fell to me to convince them that it wasn't true. Finally I just left the warning message saying that anyone who comments about Cena's death will be hit in the face with an ugly stick on the top of the talk page. Later, Suriel1981 left the second template on my talk page, and I posted it on the talk page as well. Eventually I had to create a serious one because 2 people have no sense of humor, but we kept the templates just for the hell of it. Peace, -- The Hybrid 01:29, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
The Hardys, Nitro, Triple H, HBK, CM Punk (sort of), Edge, Kane, Carlito, Benoit, MVP, Mr. Kennedy, and that about sums it up. I used to like RVD and Mercury, but I can't bring myself to respect anyone that risks everything for a little bit of pleasure. Peace, -- The Hybrid 02:18, 14 April 2007 (UTC)

I figured that went without saying. Of course Taker is one of my favorites. -- The Hybrid 05:02, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
Cena retains; Taker retains; Lashley retains; the Hardys retain. Basically I don't foresee them having the champions already on the card drop their titles to the challengers at this point, but as the feuds progress that may change. Peace, -- The Hybrid 06:26, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
Who knows maybe they'll surprise us like they used to!...-sigh- ----ÄtΘmicR€£igionesїgñ
Well personally I hope Cena loses, becasue HBK deserves one more big boom before he fades away, but most likely Cena will retain. Undertaker could lose considering his title reins have been usually quite abnormal, so it could go either way. i'm not sure if Lashely ECW title is on the line, but he will most likely lose to get some steam for the feud. Hardy's will win because i doubt anybody likes Murdoch and cade more then them. later. --ÄtΘmicR€£igionesїgñ
I predict Cryme Tyme being thrown into the tag title match. Anyway, I would like to see HBK win, but if he were going to get the title from Cena I think that he would have won it at Mania. Taker was given the title specifically to get it off of the ring-rusted Batista while not taking away his credibility. I mean, there is no shame in loosing to Taker at Mania. The same thing goes for Lashley. If he were going to do a job, he would have done it at Mania, but then again Trump was involved. Lashley is the only one that has a gray area, but I do think that Lashley will go over. Peace, The Hybrid 03:19, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, but probably not tonight. I have a DVR, so I record it, and watch it when I have time. I also skip the commercials. Peace, The Hybrid 01:22, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
There is a policy against those templates. If you want revenge just remove it from his page. Peace, The Hybrid 01:58, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
RAW was pretty boring for the most part. Super Crazy put on a surprisingly good showing against Masters, and at the end it was RatedRKO vs Cena in a handicap match, and it ended with edge acidentally spearing orton HBK(who came to ringside) super kicking edge and cena F-U'ing HBK. Cena won by pinning edge I think who was knocked out by the Sweet chin music. sorry if I spoiled it :P --User:Atomic Religione
If something is against policy, then it doesn't matter if it is a user page or not. You can edit it to remove the questionable material. Peace, The Hybrid 21:48, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
As far as WWE superstars that i like here are my favorites 1.Undertaker 2.HHH 3.kane 4.HBK 5.Jeff Hardy, thats pretty much my favorites (excluding legends), by the way you should make a kick ass signature, ask hybrid how to do it since somebody else did mine. Later. --ÄtΘmicR€£igionesїgñ
Signature, eh? <font color="Blue">The</font> <font color="Red">Hyb</font><font color="Green">rid</font>. That is the code for my old signature. If you need an explanation just ask. Peace, The Hybrid 01:08, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
First, to make text another color, you use <font color="COLOR">. You type the text after the >, and when you want to return to black you type </font> after the colored text. For example, the code for red is <font color="red">red</font>. Next, the basic format of a link. displayed text is the basic format for a link. You type the page that you want to link to before the |, and you type what you want the link to look like after the |. So, the code for Edge is Edge. Putting both of the things that I just explained together, you can create colored links. So, the code for Misterrrrrrrrr Kennneeddddyyyyy..........Kennneeddddyyyyy is <font color="green">Misterrrrrrrrr Kennneeddddyyyyy..........Kennneeddddyyyyy</font>. Peace, The Hybrid 03:19, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
How's the signature going? If you feel like your sig is ready, sign my autograph page that can be found by clicking 'sign' in my signature. later.
--ÄtΘmicR€£igionesїgñ
It looks good, but text of that size messes up the formatting of a page. You might consider using different font types like Atomic Religione's signature rather than using diferent sizes. Here's the code for his sig: --<font face="Papyrus" font color="purple" font size="2">ÄtΘmic</font><font face="Papyrus" font color="red" font size="2">R€£igione</font><font face="Papyrus" font color="black" font size="3">sїgñ</font><br> The Hybrid 04:59, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
It looks great. Peace, The Hybrid 23:34, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
Nope, The Hybrid 05:57, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
Yes, I did see it, and I thought that it was every bit as good as WrestleMania. I'm glad that they gave them 45 minutes to do the match. It was awesome. Peace, The Hybrid 23:31, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
Yes, I'll be watching Smackdown, but probably not tonight. Peace, The Hybrid 21:56, 27 April 2007 (UTC)

Fair use disputed for Image:New dx dvd.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:New dx dvd.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 05:18, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (Image:New dx dvd.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:New dx dvd.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 14:27, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
