Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Phil Ivey, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. I have nominated Phil Gordon's Little Green Book, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Phil Gordon's Little Green Book. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Shadowjams (talk) 05:54, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Mini FTOPS requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. A tag has been placed on Mini FTOPS requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Hello. Concerning your contribution, File:Akrigsman.gif, please note that Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text or images obtained from other web sites or printed material, without the permission of the author(s). This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.autismgi.com/. As a copyright violation, File:Akrigsman.gif appears to qualify for deletion under the speedy deletion criteria. File:Akrigsman.gif has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message.

If you believe that the article or image is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike License (CC-BY-SA) then you should do one of the following:

However, for textual content, you may simply consider rewriting the content in your own words. This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of John Shershow, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.witnessdirectory.com/shershow. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 01:51, 24 June 2010 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on John Shershow requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ttonyb (talk) 04:26, 24 June 2010 (UTC)

Question for you on Commons

Hi Ashershow, I have posed a question to you at Commons:File talk:Clay Duke Gunman.tiff. LadyofShalott 02:17, 24 December 2010 (UTC)

There's a reply and additional question for you there, and a request for someone else to come help. LadyofShalott 02:42, 24 December 2010 (UTC)

Fake photo

It seems that you created a fake photo of Ginger Littleton's pocketbook [1]. The real one is seen here [2]. Why would you want to lie about this? It is a very poor reflection on your credibility. WWGB (talk) 07:18, 28 December 2010 (UTC)

I had no intention of uploading a fake photo of Littleton's pocketbook. A google search returned an article with that picture in it and a caption saying this was Littleton's pocketbook (http://boylanblog.blogspot.com/). Obviously that was not the truth, and I am currently working on getting a real picture of her pocketbook. Thanks for your concern, and I apologize if there was any inadvertent wrongdoing. Ashershow1 (talk) 19:34, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
WWGB might try a little WP:AGF. LadyofShalott 01:08, 29 December 2010 (UTC)
While others might try a little WP:MYOB. WWGB (talk) 01:28, 29 December 2010 (UTC)

I uploaded a photo of Ginger Littleton readying to hit Duke with her pocketbook. This one is obviously legit and I've included it in the Ginger Littleton section of 2010 Panama City school board shootings. Ashershow1 03:19, 29 December 2010 (UTC)

I am not so sure that it is "obviously legit" as the copyright probably rests with the school board who filmed the meeting from which the still was taken. I will leave it to others more familiar with Wikipedia copyright rules to make that call. Regards, WWGB (talk) 03:41, 29 December 2010 (UTC)
