Mathematical Physics

[edit]

Hey Artie, I am writing you to let you know that the Mathematics Collaboration of the week(soon to "of the month") is getting an overhaul of sorts and I would encourage you to participate in whatever way you can, i.e. nominate an article, contribute to an article, or sign up to be part of the project. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks--Cronholm144 17:35, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. feminism and football? A rare and interesting combination;)

How is it "vandalism" to note that David Ginola's name is an anagram of the words "vagina dildo"?!

`Vandalism' was a bad description of the edit; I apologise for that. But I do believe this shouldn't be in the article. Artie P.S. 09:33, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your help

[edit]

Thanks for reverting vandalism on Larrys Creek on October 19. I appreciate your help keeping the article presentable while it was Today's Featured Article very much, Ruhrfisch ><>°° 18:58, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re Your comment on the DYK section of main page errors

[edit]

I'm sorry that your comment was not attended to. The set of DYKs has now been refreshed, and so I've moved the comment to the DYK talk page so that the issue can be discussed by those who work on the section. Regards, Espresso Addict (talk) 14:21, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, thanks for that. Artie P.S. (talk) 14:56, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback

[edit]

Hello Artie p, I have granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is that after a review of some of your contributions, I believe I can trust you to use rollback correctly by using it for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks. You're welcome! Acalamari 14:59, 26 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Help

[edit]

Hi, I'm posting this on your (and other members of the Maths Wikiproject) talk as we need editors who are knowledgeable about Mathematics to evaluate the following discussion and check out the editors and articles affected. Please follow the link below and comment if you can help.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
