Added Alternate Usertalk.
Hi Anup, Added this quote {{Public user|srilaks}} to my talk page srirammano. Thanks for the help.
- Hello Srirammano- Add this template on your alternative account userpage instead. I probably mis-spelled earlier. Consider signing your posts as well. Type four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your post. It'd generate your signature with date and time. Make edit tests here. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 17:13, 12 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hi Anup, As per your advice tendered, i have added {{Public user|Srirammano}} ti srilaks account. Also added (Srilaks (talk) 04:21, 13 March 2014 (UTC))at the end of the article. Kindly have a look at it. I have also removed this {{Public user|srilaks}} account. Thank you.

Second decline
Hi Anupmehra,
I am following up on this Wikipedia submission. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Martin_Edward_Elkort I would like to request further details of why you rejected this submission a second time. I have spoken to a chat support after they were unable to tell me why. Martin is my father, so much of the content I have written based on fact. We have recently finished a documentary about his work which is debuting in early May. Since your first rejection, I put in as many footnotes and references as I was able to to support the entry. I had thought that I was thorough and re-reading it, there is nothing else that exists, either in print or online, that can support the entry. I'm not sure what else to do. I have also compared this entry to some of Martin's contemporaries' entries who show much less support yet were accepted. See for example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harold_Feinstein where many of the footnote are to broken links and has much less sourcing than my article does. Please help me understand what I need to do to fix this. I am not a seasoned Wiki writer or editor, this may be one of only a few wikis I ever write, and I want to get it right. I'm just not sure what else I can do to pass your minimum standards and hope you can explain more to me. Thanks, Stefani Twyford 99.149.181.135 (talk) 20:32, 13 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello IP 99.149.181.135- Your submission is declined for reasons given there in the red box on top of the submission page. It is a biography of living person and requires additional citations for verification. Your submission is declined twice for the same reason. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 17:03, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
- In response to this, can you give me any help in what else requires additional citations? I'm not trying to be difficult here but I do not understand what else you are looking for. I've sourced everything that is source-able and have used many published profiles as guides. Can you provide me with a couple of examples of something in there and how to additionally cite it that would meet your acceptance? Stefani Twyford Stwyford (talk) 18:06, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
- @Stwyford:- Put new texts under old texts. No need to start a new thread. Edit this page (see on top), find your thread, proceed. Coming to the poing, It requires a citation for each and every claim made in submission of living person. Did you read, Wikipedia guideline on biography of living person? If your have some source, then cite them. If you do not have. Simply remove them. For example, second line from "Career" section of the submission is, "He took his first professional photograph at the age of 10 while on a car trip with his parents to Baltimore". Can you Prove it? Such claims make this submission not incompliance with Wikipedia verifiability policy. And as you can see on your submission page, there's comment left for you, to find secondary, independent and reliable sources to establish notability of the subject. Most of the sources are not independent and sometimes doesn't even mention subject. Two issues for now: (a) Notability (b) Minimum inline citation. Resolve it, it'd qualify for inclusion on Wikipedia. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 18:36, 14 March 2014 (UTC)

Toh Aik Choon
Dear Anuphmehra, concerning my submission for Toh Aik Choon, can you further advise me on what I can do to better my article so that it can accepted? Thank you very much Limchery (talk) 06:10, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Limchery- You can find wp:secondary, independent and reliable sources that discuss the subject of the submission in detail and cite them in the body of the article. It'd be suitable for inclusion thereafter. See, WP:BIO for a detailed guideline. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 17:03, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
- Dear Anupmehra, thank you for your advice, to prove that the subject was indeed part of an organization, is it appropriate to cite a company's memorandum of articles of association, this is a public company. Also, for titles such as honanary citizenship I do not have the links to 3rd party websites as it's probably in the archives, is there anyway to scan original documents as proof? Thank you. I've made some changes and wish to resubmit soon.~~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Limchery (talk • contribs) 08:09, 18 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Limchery- Sources related to the subject are considered primary/self-published sources and doesn't help to establish notability of the subject. Subject requires significant coverage in the secondary, independent and reliable sources. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 17:30, 18 March 2014 (UTC)

Vero Electronics Ltd declined
Hello Anupmehra - could you please give the reason for the decline of my submission = https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Vero_Electronics_Ltd Thanks Tfitzp (talk) 11:43, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Tfitzp- If you see on top of your submission page, there is a red box with reasons of decline. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 17:15, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for your response. It would be very helpful if some indication could be given of the particular material which fails to meet Wikipedia's minimum standard for inline citations. Or would a live help chat with experienced editors be advisable ? Cheers Tfitzp (talk) 20:52, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
- @Tfitzp:- "History" section requires some more. There's only one and that's insufficient. A wp:citation for a claim! You are also required to make few changes in accordance with Wikipedia neutral point of view policy. And, it'd be better if you write that "Timeline" section as prose (WP:Writing better articles). You can try live help chat here. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 21:01, 14 March 2014 (UTC)

I saw your edit(s) to the articles listed for Women's History Month (India) ! Thank you for your contributions! Please consider signing up on the event page and help us create new articles about notable Indian women. Thanks!-- Netha (talk) 16:05, 15 March 2014 (UTC)

Recent new pages
Hi. I have moved your recent additions to user space as they appear to be intended as user subpages. Regards, GILO A&E⇑ 17:34, 15 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Gilo1969- It was a honest mistake. I didn't knew I'm creating new submissions at inappropriate space. Yeah, I meant them to be in my userspace to later be modified and moved to mainspace. Thanks for your notification on my talk page, otherwise I could keep going on creating additional unnecessary tasks for new pages patrollers. However, I'd blame it on Carlsberg. Disambiguation link notification for March 16
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Punjabipedia, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Punjab University and Punjab Government (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

review article MYRRHA
Hi,
On March 5th you rejected the article for the MYRRHA project which has 6 external sources with a rather good credibility I believe. The review is as follows: The content of this submission includes material that does not meet Wikipedia's minimum standard for inline citations. Please cite your sources using footnotes. For instructions on how to do this, please see Referencing for beginners. Thank you.
Could you please tell me what exactly you expect, or even better, would you propose some referenes ?
Thank you for your help, Antoine Dupré — Preceding unsigned comment added by Titoitoine (talk • contribs) 19:43, 16 March 2014 (UTC)

Tilmann Wröbel's page
Hi Anupmehra, first of all, thank you for contributing on my page, I've listened all your advices and I wanted to thank you. Can you please check my page to see with all the changes I've made if the Warning recommandations could be removed ? Thanks in advance for letting me know how can I improve this page. Best regards. --V-fire (talk) 09:32, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello V-fire- I would like to let you know that, Work submitted to Wikipedia can be edited, used, and redistributed—by anyone. Since you've submitted your submission to Wikipedia, it is not longer your page (see, WP:OWNERSHIP).
- Coming to the point, I'll make an attempt to describe all four tags present there. First tag is a {{coi}} tag. As you are a connected contributor, it'd be there till you are a major contributor to that article (see, conflict of interest). Second tag, is for improper WP:LAYOUT of the article and can be removed once addressed. Third tag, is for lacking minimum references. Biography of living person requires additional citations for verification. Citations are used to identify reliable sources on which an article is based. See, referencing for beginners. Fourth tag, is for article not being in neutral point of view policy. Unsourced claims read a bit like an advertisement. Once the submission is made to have minimum references, it could be fixed easily. I can address 2 out 4 tags (tone, layout) once minref done. Almost all sources are either in French or German language, I've no idea about. Therefore I can not help with that (I earlier had horrible experience with google translator). COI would be there some more time. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 15:44, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you for contributing and for your advices, I'll fix it as soon as possible ! --V-fire (talk) 12:18, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
Entando entry
Hello, please help me out by specifying what you find to be promotional in the following description http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Entando#Added_reference_links_for_notability I took out all the references that had been indicated as promotional by Sintaku (please note that the first editor to review the entry, EagerToddler39, had not indicated the tone as promotional even before this second amended version). Thanks in advance ~~03/17/2014 Hixkaryana~~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.45.67.181 (talk) 18:25, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello IP 93.45.67.181/Hixkaryana- I suspect, you mis-understood when some reviewer declined your submission page as an advertisement. It is not references/sources but the tone of the article. For example, the present submission includes terms like, "free and available", "provides a responsive accessible interface" (could be only interface), "an Enterprise version is available", etc. considered peacock terms meant to show off the subject of the submission. We accept knowledgde not advertisement. And as you point to the first reviewer, I'd say, that's the primary concern, notability. Significant coverage in the secondary, independent and reliable sources. What I see now, is the only primary sources related to the subject (GitHub, Entando website). Jaspaer soft [1] is a dead link. We need sources like this one, CRN.
- Now what could you do in order to get you submission to be reviewed and moved to articles mainspace, (a) Establish notability (b) Make changes in accordance with neutral point of view policy avoiding peacock terms. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 19:20, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
- Dear Anupmehra,
- please let me explain the sense of the "accessible" User Interface. It is not a peacock term since it is there to explain that the system is compliant with Section 508 in terms of accessibility for people with disabilities. I would then like to understand if there is a problem in saying that something is free: I would imagine that the information is more than relevant for users, so I need to understand if I need to worry more about conveying neutral or useful information. Similarly, I would imagine that it is equally informative to say there are two tiers (community = free and enterprise = not free) available. Please let me understand how I can convey useful information in a tone you deem acceptable.
- Finally, could it be your encountered a temporary issue with the Jaspersoft link? at the moment it seems to be working properly: https://www.jaspersoft.com/sites/default/files/customer-case-studies/Jaspersoft_Entando%20Case%20Study.pdf

- Well, Github link not working (shows "not-found"). Above given Jasper link, is improperly cited in the article, that's why it didn't work, It is working now and looks good to me (significant coverage). However, I guess, just two sources (jasper and crn) would NOT be sufficient enough to establish notability (WP:42). Sinnova link doesn't have substantial coverage of the subject. And, If you feel your submission is in compliance with Wikipedia neutral point of view policy and doesn't require any clean-up, keep it as it is, feel free to re-submit it. For me, it still doesn't read knowledge, but an advertisement. Thank you! And one more thing, Remember signing your further posts typing four tildes (~~~~). Thank you again! - Dear Anupmehra,
- Almost done with my article by including several secondary sources, for some parts, for eg. being an Honorary Citizen of a country etc. will you accept the subject's personal documents to verify facts and his achievements. Thank youLimchery (talk) 08:42, 21 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Limchery- It is not that, I do accept or decline, It is Wikipedia policy and guidelines. I didn't understand what do you mean by "personal documents". Please clarify! If you meant, self-published/primary sources then, as per WP:SELFPUB, it could be used sometimes as citations for the purpose of verification, but not for outstanding claims (see, WP:SELFPUB for more details). Heads up
Hi,
Just informing you that while moving User talk:Highrez2, you ended up also moving the talk page sections, which I have now moved back. Also a heads up to User:Pigsonthewing to move any articles from talk page to sandbox/draftspace/any other alternate location.
Cheers, Soni (talk) (Previously TheOriginalSoni) 09:17, 18 March 2014 (UTC)
- What does this have to do with me? Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 10:30, 18 March 2014 (UTC)
- Andy Mabbett, please make sure you do not leave any drafts in user talk the next time you're reviewing them. It is likely to cause issues, so it's best to just make a simple move. Soni (talk) (Previously TheOriginalSoni) 00:28, 19 March 2014 (UTC)
Replaceable fair use File:Bihar school examination board.png
Thanks for uploading File:Bihar school examination board.png. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fut.Perf. ☼ 19:03, 18 March 2014 (UTC)

Editing Vivek Lall's page
Hi, This is my first time I am trying to write an article for Dr. Vivek Lall. I had checked with the online help on Wikipedia, and they had informed me that the citations are fine, but maybe I can add more content. Please let me know what the real issue is here at hand, is it less content, because I thought, once it is accepted, I will slowly keep adding substantial information. Or the refrences, I have two sources for the little information provided. Please help me this. Thanks and regards :) Cactusfigure (talk) 06:53, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Cactusfigure- If you see at the top of your submission page, there's is a light pink box with reasons of decline. As you are asking me here, I'd quote the same here, See, Wikipedia notability guideline. In short, "subject requires significant coverage in the secondary, independent and reliable sources". Are you planning to do anything more? The people there keep appealing to me and I'm out of my depth. DGG ( talk ) 18:16, 21 March 2014 (UTC)
- @DGG: Ah, sorry for that. Just noticed the article is nominated for deletion again (thrice in last 48 days). I've no interest on that particular topic. I remember now, I earlier promised to make several edits and examine sources. Well, I'll do it in next few hours. For present AfD, I'm perhaps going to copy-paste my previous arguments. I feel the present AfD should be closed with "No consensus" again and the nominator should be let known of community consensus established here (If the XfD discussion was closed as “no consensus”, do not renominate the page for at least two months). - Hello Azhartokyo- Yes, I noticed there are two reliable sources in the references section. Your submission is a biography of living person and as per wikipedia notability guideline, it requires significant coverage in multiple reliable sources. I believe subject is notable but notability is not established in the submission following lack of multiple reliable sources. Find some more reliable sources and consider citing your sources in the body of the article. See, referencing for beginners. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 17:29, 23 March 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks A Lot Anup Mehra! I Think Your Above Response Is Helpful and giving a hint of what went wrong in my previous submissions, I don't want to upload any biographic information about the Subject, but just want The Writer/ Poet's Name Inclusded in the list of Pakistani Poet Initially On Stub Format & shall Be grateful if you could guided me further, Accordingly. Mufaddal Saifuddin claimant dispute
I am writing you as you seem to know the dispute , the editors Mufaddalqn and Md.et are deliberately adding partisan blog sources as references to show that succession was granted to some Mufaddal Saifuddin[2] but this compromises the article for NPOV and hence after several discussions on talk pages the two users are persistent to add their blog sources which represent the camp of Mufaddal hence I request your experienced intervention and make the article NPOV . The two users are adding statements like "Nass was granted to Mufaddal" while we know that this disputed and extremely controversial and a legal angle has emerged. Hence I request your neutral intervention. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Summichum (talk • contribs) 08:15, 26 March 2014 (UTC) My diff :[3]
- Hello Summichum- Thanks for your kind consideration. Yes, I'm partially aware of the dispute while participating in Qutbi Bohra AfDs (1, 2) and re-writing Qutbi Bohra article. I need some time to read article talk page messages and article contents to figure out biased nature of article. Unreliable source and contents based on the same must immediately be removed. In addition, I'd like to let you know some places where could you reach in case of similar cases, if you personally do not find someone to interfere, Third opinion, Request for comments and Dispute resolution. - Dear Anupmehra. The User Summichum has asked your help.He has consistently plagiarized the article of Dawoodi Bohra and mufaddal saifuddin. twice he was blocked, yet again he is upto his old tactics. he also tried to block me and fellow editor who do not agree to his view, but failed. his conduct is highly unethical.his sole purpose to join Wikipedia, it seems, is to promote his agenda. trust you would not be partial in this matter.Mufaddalqn (talk) 05:41, 27 March 2014 (UTC)
Rejection of my submission Heera Singh Rana
Mr. Anupmehra. My submission on Articles for creation/Heera Singh Rana, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Heera_Singh_Rana, a well known and veteran folk singer and lyricist has been again rejected for reasons not known to me. Though I have tried to give available online resources/links. Some of the links are in the form of his songs available on various sites including Youtube. Please help me create this article and make it available on Wiki. The subject in consideration is not a personal friend or an advertisement either. This is just to record some information about a public figure lest the rain of time washes away everything. Girdhar.joshi (talk) 07:16, 27 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Girdhar.joshi- Your submission is declined because the subject doesn't meet the Wikipedia notability standard. It requires significant coverage in secondary, independent and reliable sources (see, light-pink decline box on top of your submission page). Make changes accordingly and re-submit. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 12:25, 27 March 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks a lot Mr.anupmehra - I have made one correction and added one more online link in the article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Heera_Singh_Rana . Thank you for your RfA support
Hi Anupmehra, a bit of a form letter from me, Cyphoidbomb, but I wanted to drop you a line and thank you for your support at my recent RfA. Although I was not successful, I certainly learned quite a bit both about the RfA process and about how the community views my contributions. It was an eye-opener, to say the least. Thank you for your support. Had I been confirmed, I would have done my best to make the community, and you, proud. :) Looking forward to future constructive discussions with you! Cyphoidbomb (talk) 00:44, 30 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Cyphoidbomb, I'm sorry to learn about your RfA. I just visited the page and found it is closed with no consensus. I knew it'd be little close taking into consideration some valid concerns raised by some good editors. Hope, it'd not affect your abilities and you'll be bouncing back again in a year with all those concerns addressed. I'd say, I love what you do around here and you've my support all the time. Keep the good works up! Anupmehra -Let's talk! 13:01, 30 March 2014 (UTC)
This new editor is a date-format warrior; all their contributions (about 20) have been to change MDY dates to DMY dates. That's usually fine, but on Shirley Temple there's consensus for MDY dates. I warned them, but this kind of thing never ends well. Anyway, thanks for your rejection over there.— alf laylah wa laylah (talk) 15:00, 30 March 2014 (UTC)
FEVER THERAPY
Hi, regarding Fever Therapy page linked to Coley's Toxins - this is a completely genuine addition / reference although possibly in need of further development. What are you specific recommendations or objections? I have a couple of my own suggestions including a heading on the original Coley Toxin page "Fever Therapy in Literature." I also considered making reference to an article in New Scientist on 8th January 2014, although I need to check details on this. There is another reference to a medical publication in the 1950s I'd like to check out too and happy to add as a footnote. I'm new to this and planned to improve / edit my entry as well as make other linked Literary references so I welcome all of your suggestions.Jim 90.216.163.181 (talk) 22:01, 30 March 2014 (UTC)

Speedy Deletion of Standard Chemical Company?
Hi there, Just got your message about the speedy deletion of the Standard Chemical Company. I am not sure what the deal is, perhaps you are a bot-I don't know.I am at a loss as to why you would do this considering the creation of the page was barely 10 minutes old!? let me explain, I am trying to tie up some loose ends /links that would be created/rectified with the creation of this new article. Namely United States Radium Corporation, Radium Dial Company, Undark, Radium jaw, Radium Girls and a few others. Can you possibly give me some time as (perhaps I should have written it in a sandbox first?) anyway, I don't mean to sound nasty, so kind regards--Read-write-services (talk) 05:28, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
- @Read-write-services: Your wrote an article about a subject that fails Wikipedia notability guideline for company and organizations. And, you should work in your user space or AfC draft not in articles main space. If still not ready, move the present article to your user space and work on there as long as you wish. I submitted that Doris Day, born Doris Mary Ann Kappelhoff was born in 1924, not 1922. You rejected my request as incorrect data, then somehow the date of birth on your Doris Mary Ann Kappelhoff page changed from 1924 to 1922. If you visit Dorisday.com, Dorisday.net, biography.com/people/doris-day or any of the multiple references available, I believe you will find that Wikipedia is the only reference to her DOB as 1922. She was born in 1924. If you could edit the Doris day page to say 1924 in multiple locations within the page and return the Doris Mary Ann Kappelhoff to read 1924 in multiple locations within the page, I'm sure I, many fans and Doris Day herself would be very appreciative. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mark Piper123 (talk • contribs) 11:25, 3 April 2014 (UTC)

PPPPP has an average literacy rate of XX%, lower than the national average of 74%: male literacy is XX%, and female literacy is XX%. In PPPPP, XX% of the population is under 6 years of age.

Peter List Deletion
Anupmehra, Peter List should be the subject of an article. The merging of conservative right wing politicians and labor antagonists has created an influential group in US policies regarding government and economics. Personalities in anti-labor groups are purposely hidden. Their work occurs behind the scenes but has serious effects on large numbers of people. The people affected often do not know the players. Naming the players was my intention of the article. Perhaps it should be a stub. I am not sure of the difference between a stub and an article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by YrreTTerry (talk • contribs) 16:19, 6 April 2014 (UTC)
- @YrreTTerry: Peter List article has been deleted once under WP:CSD#A7 criteria of speedy deletion and is now nominated for deletion for the same concern (Wikipedia notability standard). A stub is an article deemed too short to provide encyclopedic coverage of a subject (see, WP:STUB). It is just a class/rating assigned to an article's quality analyzed against Wikipedia policy and guidelines. And, whether stub, start, good or featured class articles, notability must be establish. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 16:30, 6 April 2014 (UTC)
- Anupmehra,
- The subject seems notable to me. Peter List is not famous but he warrants attention.
- @YrreTTerry:- Review WP:BIO, make changes accordingly to the article Peter List to establish notability and save the article from deletion. Consider placing your arguments at AFD/Peter List. See also, WP:NOT. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 02:02, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
This Indian comedian
I'm a bit confused by all these different names, and not sure whether they are all the same person. At the moment Gurpreet Ghuggi exists but I have deleted Gurdeep Ghuggi and Gurdeep Singh Bahia. Let me know if that's not right. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 09:24, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
- Hello JohnCD- You're absolutely right deleting theses pages, Gurdeep Singh Bahia, Gurdeep Ghuggi (original Gurdeep singh bahia later moved by me to Gurdeep Singh Bahia, then Gurdeep Ghuggi after reading sources). It was probably created by the subject User:Gsbahia with contents copied from Gurpreet Ghuggi (Gurpreet Singh Ghuggi, local name). I was a moment confused with "Gurdeep" and "Gurpreet", and was involved improving the article, later I found, I'm tricked with "Gur-deep". There is no such Indian comedian as Gurdeep Ghuggi or Bahia exists until now. User created an article with texts copied from another existing article! Anupmehra -Let's talk! 12:14, 7 April 2014 (UTC)

In case of emergency
Hi Anupmehra,
I wanted to write a small piece in this article as i think it's very biased to have one form of ICE technology (Mobile phone ICE) as the main article where is ICE technology is now used and it's primary use in bracelets and through our company - USB technology.
Tutis ICE have worked closely with Brotchie in developing our own In case of emergency product. Brotchie has endorsed our ICE technology and has made reference on his on website http://www.incaseofemergency.org/ and also on "Brian Dolan" - CEO and founder of Tutis ICE linked in page.
Our ICE product is practical and saving lives around the world and is leading the ICE technology in innovation and application.
- @Tutisice: See, What Wikipedia is not (WP:ADVERT, is more specific). Anupmehra -Let's talk! 16:10, 9 April 2014 (UTC)

Summichum is again imposing his view on all the Dawoodi Bohra article. His is consistent in vandalaism and violation of BLP policy . I dont how to deal with this guy.Rukn950 (talk) 15:36, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
- @Rukn950: Vandalism of any form should be "reverted" in no time. If repeats, should be reported at Administrators intervention against vandalism and BLP related issues should be proceed on respective talk page, if no outcome comes, should be reported at BLP noticeboard. I can help, if you let me know the particular article with difference links. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 16:15, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
- thanks Please refer the article I have reverted on Mufaddal Saifuddin and Taher Saifuddin and give me your opinion.Rukn950 (talk) 16:29, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
- @Rukn950: How could he edit Mufaddal Saifuddin and you revert on the same? It is a fully-protected article to be edited only by administrators. Taher Saifuddin article requires clean-up. I'll do it probably by re-writing it as a whole, sometime tonight or tomorrow. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 16:35, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
- @Rukn950: Summichum removed content in good faith. The content must be verifiable and must have good third party independent sources. In Mufaddal Saifuddin you also reverted this edit which is not cited to reliable source and definitely, it would have been reverted by some one else if you or Summichum couldn't have reverted it. Most of listed references(Not all) were self-publishing sources which are not acceptable in Wikipedia see WP:SELFSOURCE for further detail. In this, Markdrows gave this reference, where no doubt Mufaddal Saifuddin is listed as chancellor. But this is not actually reliable source see WP:RELIABLE. - In NO case, make it WP:3RR. If article is being vandalism, it'd soon be reverted by some other person having it on watchlist or recent changes patroller. If the user has made already made it, make a case at WP:AIV. Violation of 3rr often results in a block, however, beside 3rr, being engaged in an edit-war, also bring a block most of the times. Dear Anupmehra,, Thanks for your reply. Sorry for my delay in replying but I have been away. I really thought I had documented all my facts and given references for all my information. He was a remarkable person and I would love him to have an entry in Wikipedia so he will not be forgotten. I wonder if you could help me to make the entry acceptable. I can't see where I have put in personal opinion. I wonder if there is enough for you to fix it up as an acceptable entry? If so, I would be more than happy to donate $100 to Wikipedia(!). Otherwise, guidance from you as to what I should do would be most appreciated. Really sorry to be a bother to you. One of the user Araz5152 created a hoax article Qutbi bohra which had to be completely transformed by another reliable author(you). So do let me know about the investigation

- @Summichum: I'm not sure where did you find my username into checkusers list. I'd like to let you know that, I do not really have WP:CHECKUSER user-right. As you seem to be concerned about abuse of multiple accounts by one person to weigh their side in discussions as a violation of wiki policy, you are advised to report it at Wikipedia socketpuppet investigation. You may find WP:TWINKLE useful in this purpose. Visit any of the suspected user/usertalk page, click "arv", select report type "sockpuppeteer", enter suspected usernames in "sock" box, present your evidence in "evidence" box, click "request checkuser evidence", submit it clicking "submit query". Edit requests on Talk:Cities and towns during the Syrian Civil War
Just so you know, most edit requests on Talk:Cities and towns during the Syrian Civil War (such as the two you closed) are requesting that Template:Syrian civil war detailed map be edited. Please be careful of this, as the template is indeed semi-protected. Jackmcbarn (talk) 19:44, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
- @Jackmcbarn: Aw! Just noticed. I answered requests following Category:Wikipedia semi-protected edit requests, there are tons of semi-protected edit request and page protection has been expired. This is why I didn't even bothered to read those requests and simply let them known that they can edit this article themselves. The trick is, the related template talk page is a redirect to the article's talk page. Thanks for letting me know. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 19:57, 11 April 2014 (UTC)

Hi. I have attempted to make a small contribution to the Rasputin page in the form of the following fact to be added under the In popular culture section:

User:Anupmehra, I am extremely sorry, and even have no guess how your edit removal had happened, as I was dealing with another para just above. May be unintentionally during some copy paste activity. - Hello A.Minkowiski - Policy does not prohibit users, whether registered or unregistered users, from removing comments from their own talk pages, although archiving is preferred. The removal of material from a user page is normally taken to mean that the user has read and is aware of its contents. Diff. link-1 is the above case, diff.-2 is where he replaced his IP signature with his username, diff.-3 interprets "SineBot" signing his comment, left unsigned by him. It is not a problem. However, if he doesn't sign his posts more often, a friendly message should be given on his talk page with a wikilink to WP:SIGNATURE. - @Ducknish:- Thank you for patrolling new pages. I'd like to let you know that it is not a copy-paste. There are three villages named "Pipra" in West Champaran district in the Indian state of Bihar. Consider analyzing contents of the articles and the source cited. You may wish to withdraw your nomination to this point. Thank you! Anupmehra -Let's talk! 22:20, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- The source itself just points to a search function on the website and not to any actual information, and I'm not familiar enough with the geography of the area to be able to puzzle my way through to actually find the information on there. If what you say is true, you ought to clarify this more in the beginning of the article instead of having the same lead paragraph, and a more specific source ought to be added. Ducknish (talk) 22:26, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- @Ducknish: The search page url is not intentionally cited in the article, it simply doesn't change after whatever do you do on that website. Consider using article's information to verify the information, click "rural", "West Champaran (Hindi language, Pachhmi Champaran) district, Narkatiaganj sub-district, and now the list of villages. And, will you please stop flooding these "unreviewed" messages on my talk page? These pages are autopatrolled. If you have some valid concern, nominate articles for deletion and place your arguments there or initiate a thread on WP:AUTOPAT talk page for me creating wrong pages and absing auto-patrolled rights. I hope, I'm clear. Thank you! Anupmehra -Let's talk! 22:35, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- Now that I can actually see this source here, I'm fine with the content of the articles and I understand the distinction between the villages, however there seems to be no reason behind the three different names given to the villages on here except personal preference, and there's no clarification in the article between the three. Some sort of clarification should exist either in the lead paragraph or through a specific disambiguation at the top of the page, and the articles should be named in a way that clearly distinguishes the villages from each other. I don't know how you can do that, and I'm certainly not an expert on the subject, but there's no need to be defensive about it. I'm simply trying to help clear this up. Ducknish (talk) 22:40, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- Check now, Pipra village,_Bihar. And, let me know if there's still some concerns unanswered. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 22:45, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- I'm still confused by how the distinction between the names here is being determined. What distinguishes which village gets the state added on in the title, and which one gets the suffix of "village"? Rest assured I'm certain that you're acting in good faith here, I'm just trying to clarify this because I still feel that it is quite confusing which is which as it stands. Is there some way where they could be more clearly geographically distinguished? Ducknish (talk) 22:49, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- It is a genuine question for someone relatively unknown of these complex stuffs (though, common to known ones). Well, there are three-smiliar-named government recognized villages (Pipra) in a common district West Champaran in the Indian state of Bihar, as such their census for the individual villages has been determined and recorded by the Census of India on their official website www.censusindia.gov.in/. Following your valid concern, I've tried to remove the confusion a bit, although not completely, using {{For|other similar name villages in West Champaran distrcit|Pipra-1|Pipra-2}} template. These villages are located in a diameter of 10 Km. It is a real tough thing to make distinctions between them. I guess, WP:WikiProject India may further help in this regard. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 23:01, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- If they are all in such a small geographic area (only 10 kilometers) might it not be more clear if they were all to be grouped into one cohesive article? That is, something like "Villages named Pipra in Bihar"? That way the distinctions/similarities between the three can be made clear and it can be easier for a reader to identify which is which. Just a thought, as I said, I am by no means an expert on this. It's up to you, and best of luck with the articles! Ducknish (talk) 23:03, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- (edit conflict)A bottom note, in answer to how does the state make distinctions between these, I see there's a six-digit unique code in parenthesis for every villages on their site. I'm not sure, if including those code would be helpful. "Villages named Pipra in Bihar" suggests a list title, doesn't seem appropriate to me. And, these villages are officially identified individually. This way, each subject warrants a standalone article. I would opt to reach out related WikiProjects to find a more plausible solution, may be WP:WikiProject Bihar or WP:WikiProject India. Nice talking with you. Happy editing. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 23:12, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- A postal code distinction (what I'm unknown of this moment) might further help. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 23:15, 12 April 2014 (UTC)

Persistent vandalism and spamming should be reported at WP:AIV, Username related issues at WP:UAA, abuse of multiple accounts by one person, sock-puppetry at WP:SPI and edit-war at WP:ANEW. Hi there, You have nominated Porse for speedy deletion due to notability. I have updated the page to include more references. Porse is a nationwide organisation in New Zealand and is referenced by many 3rd party sources. How can I get the article into articles for creation to continue editing it once it has been deleted? External, 3rd party sources that talk about the organisation are linked to below:

Diala Makki
Greetings~ As I am a beginner here on wiki, I am asking for your help. You noted citation errors on my references for Diala's page, but there is also a hidden category identifying her as non-notable. Can you please help me identify if in your expertise you feel the page will be rejected again, even if I correct the reference errors? I feel she is a notable individual, because she is a celebrity in a very specific industry in a very specific part of the world. Am I close to getting her page published, or will it be rejected again even if I properly edit the citations? I hate to waste time... I thank you so much in advance for you kindness in helping me with this entry. Regards, L M Gregory 01:22, 16 April 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Lmartin gregory- Please include a link to the related submission further on, for a quick reply. Perhaps it is this submission, I found in your contribution history, you are concerned about, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Diala Makki. Seeing this coverage, I'm inclined to believe that the subject is notable. You need to find some similar sources having substantial coverage of the subject. I see, there are some inline citations done, but looking at the contents of the article, it requires some more to verify the contents of the article. It is a biography of living person, all contents must be attributed to some reliable source. You've written the submission, you must have something, you've initially used to write the same. Just cite the source in the body of the article. If it has 2 or 3 more sources, like this one, it'd be accepted to move to the articles mainspace. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 19:06, 16 April 2014 (UTC)

Anupmehra, one more question if I may: I am having a hard time editing the footnotes in Diala's Reference section https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Diala_Makki. When I click on the carat in front of the footnote, it highlights the citation reference but does not allow me to make edits. I read about footnotes here, but still cannot find the right answer. Any suggestions? L M Gregory 01:05, 17 April 2014 (UTC)
Nevermind... I figured it out on my own. : ) merci, L M Gregory 01:09, 17 April 2014 (UTC)
Regarding edit request about Delhi Public School Ghaziabad on Wikipedia (User : Anjana.dpsg)
Dear Anupmehra
I,as a representative authority of Delhi Public School Ghaziabad), submitted an edit request to update the history information about the school on Wikipedia. On my previous request to Wikimedia(via email sent from msanjana2003@gmail.com), the page about Delhi Public School Ghaziabad was marked as semi-protected as protection against vandalism. So, I had to submit an edit request to get the changes in school history information updated on Wikipedia. You have declined the edit request questioning its verification. I hereby wish to state that my identity as an employee of Delhi Public School Ghaziabad can be authenticated by contacting the Headmistress on her email: sangeetamukherjeeroy@gmail.com. You can also contact me at my number: 91-9990524808. I have also sent a mail to Wikimedia foundation regarding a request to delete the page about the school from Wikipedia (only leaving the location and website related information on the page)but the same has also not been answered. I hereby request you to kindly give me a solution.
Anjana.dpsg (talk) 08:27, 16 April 2014 (UTC)Anjana.dpsg
- Hello Anjana.dpsg- The only solution is to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia policy and guidelines and submit a fresh edit-request accordingly. Contents must be verified using some reliable sources. Well, if the contents are not some outstanding claim about your school, you can use the official website for the purpose of verification. You may want to read conflict of interest and neutral point of view policy. Wikipedia is not Facebook. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 17:34, 16 April 2014 (UTC)

Hi,
You had suggested review of article Dawoodi Bohra and Mufaddal Saifuddin the other two users are not cooperating and not allowing to remove the false statement from the Dawoodi Bohra page that succssion was granted to mufaddal, which we know is highly controversial. Please see talk page of both they are having clear COI , i have reported them there but can you tell me why there is no response from anyone admin at the coi noticeboard? Summichum (talk) 11:33, 16 April 2014 (UTC)
- @Summichum: Yes, I acknowledge the factual accuracy of the contents/claims present in both articles. There's no admin willing to copy-edit the fully-protected article himself/herself. And, I'm not sure why there is not admin-response on COI noticeboard. Well, if you want to attract admin attention, leave a message on your talk page in the following format,

Dear Mehra, you are a genuine third party editor and have firm belief on you neutral editing and can have my full cooperation and similarly user :Rukn intention are very clear.
We are fan of Wiki, doing editing from last 6-7 years. We have declared our self Dawoodi Bohra and as you have clearly said that every human have some biases in build, and that we can't avoid, but while working in wiki, we have to follow Wiki guidelines and Npov will prevail here, and everyone to respect it.
Till this succession crisis came, I used to do most editing on good faith basis, considering truth and facts will prevail and improvement can always be done as per Wiki when proper citation are available. This has resulted many times in original research, which you have explained beautifully.
I am particularly taking care of these things now, and got idea that only truth and facts are not enough when there is opposition. All safeguards are available in wiki principles only we have to best utilize it to make reporting fare and Wiki can be made much more self correcting, free and fare platform, which I am a fan. Although you are doubting me as probable case of COI, but I have frankly made my position and intentions clear, which you can judge by past and present editing. In spite of plain speaking of you about myself, I respect your fillings and feel that whatever your comments are due to love to Wiki and not due to any other reasons. But I noticed some different smell of Sumichum.
Regarding Sumichum, who is claiming third party, I have a big ? in my mind. I have narrated my doubts at COI complain against him.
- As per WP:BLPFIGHT, More generally, editors who have a strongly negative view regarding the subject of an article, just like editors with a strongly positive view of the subject, should be especially careful to edit that article neutrally if they choose to edit it at all. I am not supposed to disclose other person identity, but in present case it is a persistent and rigorous amendment done by the user; using all the means he can; devoting his full time in the activity; searching all the possible sources; rigourously searching all the Wiki rules; not bothered even blocked twice; Joined specifically after this incident of succession and doing editing only on this specific topics and raised the issue on basic principles/faith of Dawoodi Bohra. The user is claiming as a third party, neither from community nor born into it. It means he is not likely to be from independent group like Progressive Bohra who are born in Dawoodi Bohra. As reported above his statement 'DB invented their own religion and mainstream Islam does not recognize them as Muslims' make this thing further clear that he can’t be from any Bohra or Fatimid subsect or a Shia even as he has questioned even Ali’s nass . This means it can be a very serious case of “editors who have a strongly negative view regarding the subject of an article” and not at all considered as third neutral party and doing deliberate editing to defame community as whole. May please examine the case keeping this in mind.
- Myself and Rukn has already accepted that we belong to DB, we are regular editor from last 7-8 years. We are fan of wiki and respect Wiki regulation and try to abide and learn as much as we can. Respect fellow editors. Myself was doing more good faith editing, supposing that truth and facts will be accepted and prevail and improvement can be done as reliable sources are available. But while facing this succession case, I learnt many lesson any how the original research even if true and fact, can be contested like anything if they clash with other party interest. And as agreed by me above, I have restrained myself of doing any further edit in sensitive articles, if it is undone by anybody and not complying Wiki rules even though it is true and fact. Although I have some bias toward DB, as every human have some bias, but never tried to oppose fair criticism or well sourced , encyclopedic material.
As a genuine young editor, I find ample opportunity for you to rise in whatever field you are working. From my page, you must have got fair idea of what I am. I am an Engineer, a BITSian and a part of top management official in multinational Indian co. Now a declared Dawoodi Bohra, know what are positive and negative points we have. And never averse to improvement or criticism if any. As you have pointed you as busy, I also have many responsibility, but as I am near my retirement and there is turmoil in Fatimid faith, hence taking more interest, but be sure that I am not a part of any conspiracy and Wiki is above all for me and I know how to respect rules.
It is just out of context, and writing to you because somehow I found a trust in you, due to your capability in understanding wiki and desire you have shown in improvement of Dawoodi Bohra related articles. Hope I made myself clear, and will be helpful in making our both's desire getting true.--Md iet (talk) 13:43, 16 April 2014 (UTC)
- You have written an entire page assuming bad faith and conjecturing about me. Well as I told you before you should be happy if a user is "rigorously searching" all sources and following all wiki rules. You should also do a reading on the fatimid kingdom from non biased secondary orientalist sources to know more about it. And regarding being not recognized as Muslim than , your own dawoodi bohra forum has enough references cited. And I got this information from there which at that time appeared on the front page[5] and also on stackexchage site which is not a chat platform but a reputed Q\A platform with focus on Quality like wikipedia. Moreover I realized that there is a lot of internal conflict about fatimid principles and there are many factions debating various viewpoints on that forum and lots of important information is referenced in that forum. A lot of evidences are already gathered on the forum. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Summichum (talk

- Mr. Sumchum, please understand what is correct meaning of 'good faith' and then discuss here. You have one agenda and one source the [6] dawoodi bohra forum, the propaganda platform of progressive youth, which don't seems to have any faith part left. I presume, you are also a part of it and trying to defame DB itself for your piety hate propaganda. I am not against any reform agenda, but not like this. I presume that you are on principle that enemy's enemy is your friend. You are trying to utilize this controversy issue to maximum your advantage, which you should desist. Try to understand what is good faith means. I am here to support you, putting reform agenda, if you really have faith in me and Wiki.--Md iet (talk) 05:11, 1 May 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for your response regarding Line 508. Previously my suggested edit was rejected because the source I offered was deemed inadequate. That previous source was the following page from the North Coast brewing company itself:http://www.northcoastbrewing.com/beer-rasputin.htm

It indicates, either I do not have competence to review submissions or the person who dragged it to afd has some mis-conception. And, ANI, I had to provide my input there, for the similar cause. - Hello Chaitanya1317 - I want you to read Wikipedia neutral point of view policy and make changes accordingly, as such the article reads good to both, promoters and criticizers. Beside that, it'd be better, if you merge, "Introduction" section with the "Lead" and write "History" and "International operation" sections as a prose, and replace "Key offerings" section title with something neutral and more suitable term. There seems to be misunderstanding here
I must not be expressing myself very well because it appears that you have twice now misunderstood what I was talking about. The first case was at ANI. Yesterday I noticed a that you had made a statement at ANI "The disruptive editing did not stop here, the user brought a clearly notable article to AfD" I commented that the article does not appear to be clearly notable and that bringing it to AFD is not disruptive. Today as a followup I was reading the AFD associated with the ANI discussion and noticed another statement you had made that was incorrect, so I pointed out the error. Your response today is so over the top. I have no idea where I ever made any indication that the band was not notable or even commented on the band at all. In both cases I was explaining to another experienced editor where I felt they had made an incorrect statement. In response I get that I am not talking like an experienced editor and that you will "enlighten" me by agreeing that WP:BAND, and the rest of the notability guidelines, don't say a subject is notable. I am not sure what I needed to be "enlightened" about since that is what I pointed out to you in my comment. GB fan 16:11, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- Hello GB fan - Yes, there have been few instances where we encountered confusion, recently. In related to ANI, "[..]The disruptive editing did not stop here[..]" was a follow-up of incidents I've earlier mentione there with diff. links. I thought, I'm being understood because, I did not meant to say, that AfDing an article is disruptive. And, AFD, your comment, "[..]WP:BAND says "may be" notable[..]" was somewhat similar to an IP argument, "[..] WP:BAND says that a band “may” be notable if it meets certain criteria[..]", where it was cited for "delete" !vote. I can expect this as an argument from an IP but certainly not from a long-standing editor and an admin, because not only WP:BAND, but all notability guideline says the same, "may be" or "presumed", and we do follow and have been following the same. Well, your comment was a correction to my comment, not an argument. I'll accept that, I might have been a little rude in my reply. About, mis-understanding thing, I'd thank you for your message on my talk page, and will try it to not happen again. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 16:46, 22 April 2014 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited The Pizza Underground, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Tumbler (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
Thanks for all I've you've (typo tried to type u've) done I was hoping I could receive assistance on another article :) I plan on DRVing this article the two prior AfDs were classic cases of no citations, no research. I was hoping you might have access to Nexus Lexis or other tools to provide additional citations. I've added six new citations addressing WP:GNG issues. I believe UFO sightings in space is clearly notable and documented by multiple RS. Can you help me clean the article I'm trying to start the DRV as soon as possible! Valoem talk contrib 22:55, 23 April 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Valoem - The article in sandbox looks good, at first instance. I've not thoroughly read it and analyzed sources yet, though. I just had a look into last AfD of the subject, that took place a month before the last month. There, they were talking about a list article, what present is not, so, it's a different case. And, I'm sorry, but I do not really have access to something different or additional as such Nexus, HighBeam, etc., that'd led me to find some different or more sources. I'll be happy to help, otherwise. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 01:46, 24 April 2014 (UTC)
- Sorry typo in the first line lol, I think there may be better sources that can be found on google books. Thanks taking a look! Valoem talk contrib 13:08, 24 April 2014 (UTC)

Spoke to you yesterday on the IRC chat regarding a submission
Hello Anup,
Hope all is well.
So I'd appreciate your input on my page so far before I submit it for approval. Is the content enough? Or do I have to add more? Ultimately, I'd want the public to add information and for me to verify it as true.

- @Democi: - I'm not sure what is your submission about. We already have an article on the subject, here. You may expand this already existing article, rather than to attempt to create a similar one. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 17:08, 27 April 2014 (UTC)
@Anupmehra the article I'm proposing is meant to be a guide for expatriates living in Jeddah. The existing Wikipedia article only gives information about Jeddah whereas my article, again, aims to give a comprehensive guide for newcomers. I will include procedures on how to deal with government entities (e.g. ministry of transportation). — Preceding unsigned comment added by Democi (talk • contribs) 07:41, 29 April 2014 (UTC)

Regarding Mufaddal Saifuddin and Khuzaima Qutbuddin articles
Firstly,I don't like to vandalise any wikipedia article, neither I do so. Since, Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin is accepted as Dai-al Mutlaq(by 99.9% +media), so I want claimant to be removed from the article Mufaddal Saifuddin. Khuzaima Qutbuddin is a claimant who is pretending to be Dai. he has just put claims, but has not been accepted as Dai.
Please refer to these links of reputed media and newspapers. Even they refer Mufaddal Saifuddin as Syedna and Khuzaima Qutbuddin as a claimant(some of those referring him as rival)

- Changes related to an article should be discussed on the respective article's talk page. In this case, show me a source, that says, controversy has been resolved and Saifuddin has been declared Da'i, or controversy is still going on but Saifuddin has been accepted as Da'i, by the community. Welcome notices
Hi. Thanks for patrollihg new pages - a sometimes tedious but vital task! When you add a notice to a new user's talk page like this, if there has not already been a welcome notice of some kind I think it is helpful to add one like {{welcome}} or {{firstarticle}} before the warning notice. It makes the warning less BITEy, and gives the newbie some links which may help them to get a clue and do better next time. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 09:58, 2 May 2014 (UTC)
- Hello JohnCD - Sounds good. However, I guess, there should be a little modification to WP:Twinkle interface, as such it first posts "welcome" or "firstarticle" template before notifying a afd nomination, similarly in the case of a csd nomination where Twinkle does the same. Speedy deletion declined: User:Robert5687
Hello Anupmehra, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of User:Robert5687, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: The reason given is not a valid speedy deletion criterion. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. the panda ₯’ 09:07, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
- @DangerousPanda: - I guess, a userpage not in accordance with WP:Userpage serves as an WP:Autobiography and unambiguous advertisement of the user and partially similar to articles recently created in the mainspace three times by the user (now deleted CSD#A7) does qualify deletion under CSD#U5 criteria. It perhaps exactly what U5 is devised for. Userpage is just a copy of non-notable article repeatedly created in the mainspace. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 09:19, 12 May 2014 (UTC)

Rashmi
Re: User:Anupmehra/Rashmi Singh. That article has already been at AfD three times and at DRV. It has also been in various sandboxes and got nowhere then, either. Please don't start the crap up all over again: if you don't delete your newly-created draft then I'll find someone who will. It is fancruft, plain and simple, and with the history that it has there is no need to maintain it even in userspace. I vaguely recall some blog that promoted her was in fact at one point linking to a sandboxed version and pretending that it was a genuine "I'm recognised by Wikipedia" situation. Enough is enough, surely? - Sitush (talk) 12:07, 14 May 2014 (UTC)
- Hi Sitush - I was not familiar with the subject until today when I found it at Afc. I noticed, the subject has substantial coverage in the multiple reliable sources. It might have some more in Indian Hindi national news papers. It clearly passes GNG and BIO and is borderline AUTHOR. Number of times a subject has been at Afd or Drv do not actually determine whether Wikipedia should have an article on the subject or not, but simply Notability guideline and WP:NOT. I read somewhere, she is the first women author from Bihar to write English fictional and self-help books. There are few similar instances, where she seems to me meeting WP:N.
- If some person or blog points to a Wikipedia user space to claim it is an article, then it is their problem or mis-conception, because in fact, it really is not. What can I do here, is to add a {{sandbox}} template to my userspace and if necessary, a custom {{tmbox}} saying, "it is not a Wikipedia article but a userspace". If it does not solve the problem, you may call someone to delete my userspace, because I won't as the subject seems to me, apparently notable.
- Is there something else, I'm missing related to this subject? There are substantial enough coverage in the Indian English news papers. It must have a little more than English, in Indian Hindi national news papers. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 18:25, 14 May 2014 (UTC)
- You still haven't read the AfDs, have you? The very sources that you are talking aout are discussed therein because this is a recreation by a fan of the same content that was previously deleted. You don't have to like the consensus but when there has been as much past discussion as in this case, you have to accept it. If you can't see that this is purely promotional material & that the author herself has been involved with it in the past then perhaps you should take a step back from AfC reviews. We've got enough crap in the India-related area without adding more to it. - Sitush (talk) 20:43, 14 May 2014 (UTC)
- I had not thoroughly read the AfD discussions, now I've been. COI and SPA is not a reason to not accept AfC submissions. We do review and accept COI submissions at AfC (ask at AfC Help desk). In fact, there are tons of COI and SPA related accepted submissions and many of them are now GA status articles. I'm not sure what does appear you to be promotional in the newly written article (point out a single promotional line or weasel term from my sandbox). It may have been promotional in earlier versions but is not now. The sources available now, has not all been discussed in previous Afds, they are all diluted with coi allegations and WP:JUSTAVOTE. I'm still not getting what is the actual problem here, COI and SPA is a problem only when the subject is non-notable or contents are promotional. Tone is neutral in compliance with wp:npov and notability is on borderline, hence I've kept it in my userspace to work on it.
- You still haven't read the AfDs, have you? The very sources that you are talking aout are discussed therein because this is a recreation by a fan of the same content that was previously deleted. - Is it that, you do not wish Wikipedia to have an article on subject, because it was previously written by the subject itself or some SPAs? You can not simply ignore significant coverage in the multiple reliable sources (2 Toi, 1 Telegraph, 1 IndianExpress, 1 Dainik Bhaskar). Is there some real problem that does not allow subject to have an Wikipedia article (beside notability for now)? Anupmehra -Let's talk! 21:30, 14 May 2014 (UTC)
- The subject is not notable. That's the entire point. It is a repeated attempt to subvert our notability requirements, as determined by multiple AfDs and if AfC reviewers do not need to take that into account then the AfC process is at least in part broken. The numerous interviews to which you refer have been rejected in the past - a lot of interviews are syndicated, a lot are planted by her publisher for PR purposes etc - and using them again now changes nothing. We need sources that discuss the subject, not interviews with her that basically amount to her discussing herself. This is all explained in the AfDs which, for some reason I cannot fathom, you are choosing to ignore. That is, you're choosing wilfully to ignore consensus. Of course, consensus can change but when the content and the sourcing is fundamentally the same and there have previously been protracted discussions, you've got to drop the stick.
- FWIW, I have been interviewed by numerous newspapers, usually in connection with the extraordinary way that I've managed my disability, but I'm not notable either. - 90.211.186.193 (talk) 07:41, 17 May 2014 (UTC)
- I hope, it is you who forgotten to log in before leaving me a reply. I'm not arguing here if the subject is notable as per our guideline. I'm just saying that, I'm not willing to delete the copy of an article in my user space recently deleted in mainspace on what I'm supposed to work on to make an attempt to find sources, if those combining present ones do establish notability of the subject. I may be wrong, there might be no more sources than present one. Well, if that'd be case, I'd end up deleting my user space. I've a simple reasoning seeing the coverage of the subject in the Indian English national news papers, that it may have much more in the Indian Hindi national news papers. If I find none, I'll be happy to delete my useless userspace. Anupmehra -Let's talk! 09:39, 17 May 2014 (UTC)

Just visited the page and was bowled over. With so many reliable independent sources, it is being continuously deleted on a single person's behest. True the content is more or less the same but references are many and that of notable newspapers- what if they are interviews? Only those worthy would be interviewed be by such reputed newspapers.
