The Danse Society
There is an ongoing dispute between parties. I recently edited this article to include the true facts of The Danse Society. User Paulnash1 is one of the parties involved in the dispute and he constantly posts lies and untruths as well as serious omission which is worse than lying. I am about to post the true facts again - I did place references on the text and it is documented elsewhere that this is true.
Paulnash1 is not the intellectual property holder of The Danse Society name or logo. That is held by the drummer of the original band Paul Gilmartin. This is a trademark registered in the UK = Number UK00003069320
Paulnash1 is attempting to register the same trademark IN BAD FAITH under the number UK00003083130 and UK00003083229
Paul Gilmartin is a director of The Danse Society Ltd. Company number 9343364. Paulnash1 has no connection with that company. Paul Gilmartin also owns the back catalogue of The Danse Society and there are steps being taken to prevent Paulnash1's band from benefiting from this back catalogue.
I am requesting that the page The Danse Society is either frozen with the true version of events portrayed or removed until such time as this dispute is settled.
contact Mr Gilmartin or his representative on enquiries@thedansesociety.org.uk for more information — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tarnhall (talk • contribs) 08:28, 9 December 2014 (UTC)
Repeated vandalism on my band's page, please help
Dear Anon126,
I tried to get in touch with the support regarding repeated vandalism happening now on a daily basis on my band The Danse Society but I was informed by you that I have entered a level of protection in the wrong page space (please accept my apologies). There's an user called Tarnhall that keeps modifying the band's biography despite 4 years of history proved by the band's website www.thedansesociety.com Such vandalism cannot be tolerated 1 because it discloses incorrect personal details of the band members, 2 because it violates copyrights (most recently Reg n. 284679401 on the 18th March 2014. Clearly the trademark registered by Mr Gilmartin is in breach of pre-existing copyright and FIGURATIVE ONLY, based on the logo designed by Sam Carney who licensed only myself. As you can see there is no dispute on the paternity of the name since mr Gilmartin has NOT registered a trademark on the band name, he simply changed his mind after he resigned in writing and then attempted registration breaching existing copyrights. Such trademark is now in the process of INVALIDATION as instructed by trademark attorney Albright. http://www.albright-ip.co.uk/
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need further details.
Thank you Kind regards

- To editor Paulnashuk1: Please do understand I do not have the technical ability to do what you are asking; only certain trusted users known as administrators can do so. I already posted your request on the proper forum for requesting this, and the request was declined because, according to one administrator, there was not enough disruption to justify protection.
- Please begin a dialogue with the opposing parties on the talk page at Talk:The Danse Society. This is the main way disputes are resolved on Wikipedia. Thank you for your consideration. Anon126 (notify me of responses! / talk / contribs) 18:11, 9 December 2014 (UTC)
CSIO logo circa 2014.jpg
Regarding CSIO logo circa 2014.jpg ... the article probably won't be approved in 7 days because there is a backlog of 2,000+ articles. It seems unfair to expect article to be approved that soon. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Grantarp (talk • contribs) 04:10, 12 December 2014 (UTC)
- Sorry, that is a standard timeframe; however, some will not enforce it as strictly as others. If your request is declined, you should make a new request when the article is accepted. Anon126 (notify me of responses! / talk / contribs) 04:49, 12 December 2014 (UTC)

Nicolae Blatt
I'm not sure how things work now that PERSONDATA is being ditched for WikiData. I saw you created the Wikidata for Blatt. His daughter, who created the article, referred to him as Nicolas Blatt (from some of his French published material?), and the German stuff (where he ended his days) called him Nicklaus Blatt. I'll watch and see how you handle it and learn from that. Cheers, Bazj (talk) 22:12, 3 January 2015 (UTC)
- To editor Bazj: I'm not really an "expert" on this but I've added those names as aliases. Anon126 (notify me of responses! / talk / contribs) 22:15, 3 January 2015 (UTC)
- That seems straightforward (and fast). Thanks. Bazj (talk) 22:17, 3 January 2015 (UTC)
Copyleft
Thanks for your clarification. I wasn't aware that CC-BY was acceptable at Commons. Confusingly, it appears that it is not acceptable at Wikipedia! --ColinFine (talk) 10:52, 4 January 2015 (UTC)
- To editor ColinFine: What do you mean? It was under the impression that it was... Anon126 (notify me of responses! / talk / contribs) 02:36, 5 January 2015 (UTC)
Barnstar
Declined While I appreciate the gesture, I don't think my edit at Mozambique funeral beer poisoning merits a barnstar. Refer to User:Gwillhickers/Trivializing and misuse of Awards.
