About the page of Hassan and Ibrahim
Geomona (talk) 16:38, 11 January 2015 (UTC) Hi! My name is Merlin Ignatova and I am Hassan and Ibrahim's sister. Generally I do not edit pages on Wikipedia, but my brothers have already created one. As someone who knows a lot more about them, I decided to correct their Wikipedia. The name of their website in Wikipedia is correct to write Hassan and Ibrahim Ignatovi , NOT Brothers Ignatovi. They are familiar with their names Hassan and Ibrahim Ignatovi (Хасан и Ибрахим Игнатови), not as Brothers Ignatovi (Братя Игнатови).It would be easier for me to correspond with you via an e--mail or Facebook, because this page is inaccessible for me to discuss any the topic.

Hi Amortias,
With regard to the message you had sent me, I have never edited any content on wikipedia and this PC happens to be my personal machine. I do not know how my IP address popped up as the one that had made a change to List of former Buddhists, but I can assure you it was not from this PC as only I use this. I hope this clears up any confusion. Appreciate the message though.

Hello,
I would like to inquire why you deleted the article Michael Tuts? I saved the article earlier than I intended and was still working on it. However, if I recall correctly, the content of the article as I saved it did state he was the chair of the Physics department at Columbia University, which I believe indicates he is notable. I will shortly be posting some more information about his academic accomplishments and impact.
Thanks, Astro interest (talk) 21:01, 26 January 2015 (UTC)
- Hi, the article wasnt deleted by myself but by an administrator, i merely flagged it as not appearing to meet the criteria for inclusion on Wikipedia. If you want to work on an article before you publish it without risk of deletion there is an area located within your pages labelled Sandbox (link located on the top row of your pages) you can create an article here make requests for feedback and edit until you are happy that it is ready to be published in the main ody of Wikipedia. If you view the page that was deleted it will tell you who deleted it and you can request they move the article to your drafts for further work. Amortias (T)(C) 21:04, 26 January 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you for your response. As I said, I was preparing the article but saved prematurely. I'm wondering which criteria for inclusion you believe the article did not meet? If there are any specific concerns you have, I will be sure to address them as well in the text of the article. Astro interest (talk) 21:11, 26 January 2015 (UTC)
- It would be worth reading the [[WP::Notability_people]] page to ensure that the claims of notability are met by the evidence provided. Pages about individuals should always be sourced from the outset so be sure that you include evidence from reliable sources to ensure that the claims made can be validated. This one was of the main reasons for it being deleted so quickly was there was no evidence to back up what was being stated about an individual. Amortias (T)(C) 21:18, 26 January 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks. I have recreated the article; you may of course check over it to make sure it meets Wikipedia's criteria. I understand that the article was incomplete, but Professor Tuts is quite well-known in the physics community, a simple google search shows. Astro interest (talk) 22:15, 26 January 2015 (UTC)
- Evidence definetly lends to the notability of the articles namesake. Might be worth seeing if you can find any Categories that fit to help others find it to help increase the article.Amortias (T)(C) 22:19, 26 January 2015 (UTC)

Downtown Summerlin page
Amortias,
The Downtown Summerlin Wikipedia Page had completely inaccurate and false information previously, I only updated the information to be correct and added additional, helpful information for people seeking more insight on Downtown Summerlin. I do not see why this information would not have a neutral point of view since it is completely informational. Please put the information back up on the site. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Downtown Summerlin (talk • contribs) 17:54, 27 January 2015 (UTC)
- Hi, the information was removed as it contained what are described as peacock phrases such as vibrant urban core lush landscaping. Although these features may have been described in this fashion elsewhere there use should be refrained from here on Wikipedia. Large sections of the changes were entirely unreferenced, inclusion of information should be supported by reliable sources. Amortias (T)(C) 18:02, 27 January 2015 (UTC)

Sorry, I was going to warn him, but by the time I'd figured out that there is no civility template and moved on to harassment you'd already left one. Meters (talk) 22:51, 27 January 2015 (UTC)
- Thats fine I didn't see youd reverted his edit before I had already slapped the warning on, will let you have the next one :). Amortias (T)(C) 22:53, 27 January 2015 (UTC)
- My edits are all manual so I often run into edit conflicts where I revert but someone else warns before I get there. No biggie. I just didn't want you to think that I wasn't going to warn him. I gave him another for more nastiness on someone else's page. Meters (talk) 23:01, 27 January 2015 (UTC)

Hi
you recently sent me a message regarding my edit to the Milton Keynes page. I removed a link to the city status in the UK page as it is unnecessary and hasn't been added for other large towns pages. There is a section on the city status page referring to large towns and if these had same link provided for Milton Keynes that would be fine but as they don't I am removing the link on the MK page. I am sorry if I am not following the correct etiquette and protocols here, I am new to editing Wikipedia. I will read up on how to post and edit soon as I may have dived in a bit here.

- Hi Prodspurn
- Thats fine there are several policies regarding editing that are quite heavily enforced. The main one of this is Be Bold, Revert, Discuss. Anyone is freeto edit wikipedia and you should be bold in doing so. If you are reverted however the next step is to take it to a discussion on the relevent articles talkpage and gain consensus for the cahnge. This allows us to ake informed decisions in editing the encyclopedia. I'll drop some links on your talk page that would be useful to read up on. Amortias (T)(C) 00:15, 29 January 2015 (UTC)
Lady-Darren County School System
For future reference, educational institutions are not eligible for CSD A7, school districts are considered notable (even though the editor didn't provide any refs, unless this a hoax, the article should be kept and improved). Here is the relevant info regarding A7: An article about a real person, individual animal(s), organization, web content or organized event that does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, with the exception of educational institutions. Thanks. -War wizard90 (talk) 01:13, 29 January 2015 (UTC)
Hi War wizard90, That's fine, at the point of requesting there was very little information on the page (not enough for it to register with me as a school district). Amortias (T)(C) 01:25, 29 January 2015 (UTC)

Hi Amortias, just a friendly note, I'd recommend not continuing to revert the guy just right now – it's not worth risking to get yourself blocked for 3RR too. Unfortunately I can't block him myself right now, as I also reverted him earlier; since what he's doing is not simple vandalism it's not really exempt from 3RR and all that. Fut.Perf. ☼ 21:47, 29 January 2015 (UTC)
- Fair enough, am of the impression that they are being intentionally disruptive now after multiple warning a previous block and the comment they left about the French at C.Freds page. Amortias (T)(C) 21:55, 29 January 2015 (UTC)

Hi Amortias. Just a quick followup on this user... his userpage was too self-promotional. It was clearly intended to drive traffic to his website, and was speedy deleted by JohnCD as WP:G11. There was also a problem with his username, as it was basically an obfuscation of his website URL. This violates the username policy per WP:CORPNAME, as it was promoting a commercial website. Just something to watch for in the future... thanks. --Drm310 (talk) 15:05, 30 January 2015 (UTC)
