Kennywhite4rew moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Kennywhite4rew. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and possible paid sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit for review" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 15:10, 3 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Mustapha Ado Muhammad, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:

  • A missing title error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 06:31, 10 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Akpakipoki. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Misters of Nigeria, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Paid advocacy on Wikipedia must be disclosed even if you have not specifically been asked to edit Wikipedia. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Akpakipoki. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Akpakipoki|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. 🄻🄰 17:10, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

My attention was drawn to the page Misters of Nigeria when I visited the recently created page of Nwajagu Samuel, who is the recently won Mister International, I moved the page Misters Of Nigeria to Mainspace because I felt it was suitable enough to be on Mainspace, I have no affiliation with the pageant what so ever. It was just an opportunity to boost my edits and contributions on Wikipedia. Thanks Akpakipoki (talk) 16:19, 3 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet

[edit]
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Nenub per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Nenub. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you believe that there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Izno (talk) 22:04, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock request

[edit]

This user is asking that their block be reviewed:

Akpakipoki (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

My account was wrongly confirmed as a sockpuppet of a user I know nothing about; coincidentally, we seem to share similar interests, as my interest is in politics and entertainment. I am not in the same IP range as the user Nenub and I have no links with him/her, from my edits history, I have no record of vandalism, being involved in an edit war, vote stacking or uncivil editing. I have read through the Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Nenub/Archive and I can see that I was linked because of the contribution I made to Misters of Nigeria my attention was drawn to the page due to the Popular trending Topic Nwajagu Samuel who was a runner-up at the pageant, and I have no link whatsoever with the topic. I humbly appeal that my account be unblocked and my edits restored. I promise never to breach any of Wikipedia's policies Akpakipoki (talk) 17:02, 3 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Notes:

  • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
  • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=My account was wrongly confirmed as a sockpuppet of a user I know nothing about; coincidentally, we seem to share similar interests, as my interest is in politics and entertainment. If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

{{unblock reviewed |1=My account was wrongly confirmed as a sockpuppet of a user I know nothing about; coincidentally, we seem to share similar interests, as my interest is in politics and entertainment. It's technically  Possible (bad part of the world to CU) but the block was primarily based on behaviour so should be evaluated behaviourally. Spicy (talk) 21:25, 4 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
