Jeremy Murphy is  a magazine editor (https://www.nytimes.com/2014/02/24/business/media/with-a-classical-violinists-composing-debut-watch-magazine-adds-music-to-its-content.html; https://www.nytimes.com/2014/11/03/business/media/technology-website-cnet-to-jump-from-screen-to-page.html) author (https://nypost.com/2022/03/05/veteran-publicist-throws-shade-at-gen-z-staff-in-hilarious-book/), screen writer (https://finance.yahoo.com/news/pr-veteran-jeremy-murphy-turns-040159600.html), and commentator.

His first book, "F*ck Off, Chloe: Surviving the OMGs and FMLs in Your Media Career" examined the culture clash between young and old in the workplace, complemented by illustrations by designer/artist Darren Greenblatt. The book was released on March 1, 2022 and received positive reviews.

Murphy is also writing “Too Good to Fact Check: Flying the Skies with Stars, Scotch and Scandal (Mostly Mine),” a book about his decade running the CBS glossy magazine Watch. Co-written with Sophia Paulmier, the book is being published by Post Hill Press and will be released March 12, 2024.

Murphy also wrote a 13-episode series called "House of Medici" which is being produced by actor James Brolin and Scott Hart.

The author has been a frequent media commentator on news events, often appearing on TV and radio to discuss topics like "woke-ism" and Gen-Zers in the workplace.

He founded the New York-based PR agency 360bespoke after 14 years as an executive at CBS. He has been profiled in numerous media platforms.

As a Vice President of Communications at CBS, Murphy created the network's glossy magazine "Watch." The magazine's fashion and editorial features received notice in the media and were the subject of a documentary aired on the TVGN network in 2014.

In 2014, he enlisted British violinist Charlie Siem to write a score for the publication, which was reported by the "New York Times." Later that year, Murphy was named general manager of the CNET Magazine in addition to his role with "Watch."

In 2017, Murphy was featured in British broadcaster Channel 4's "A Very British Hotel" documentary about the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.

Hello Adam Morgan Freelance Writing. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Adam Morgan Freelance Writing. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Adam Morgan Freelance Writing|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. 331dot (talk) 10:20, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Adam Morgan Freelance Writing Kind of frustrating that I reviewed Draft:Jeremy_Murphy,_author a year ago, telling you you needed to learn how to reference correctly - and you've submitted a new draft on the same person with even worse formatting!
Please please before you submit further drafts, learn how to reference. qcne (talk) 17:44, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yikes! Im so sorry, will revise. Adam Morgan Freelance Writing (talk) 17:47, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It's alright, total coincidence I reviewed them both. Wikipedia markup is really complicated, which is why I'd recommend new editors use the visual editor. It's a bit like Microsoft Word in that what you see is what you get.
But, yeah- we need some properly formatted references as currently the draft is unreadable. Happy for you to ping me here again when you've formatted them and I can take another look. qcne (talk) 17:49, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, that is so kind! I will try to get it right, lol. Have a great fall/ Thanksgiving! Adam Morgan Freelance Writing (talk) 18:06, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You too :) qcne (talk) 18:07, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi! I had a fellow journalist colleague help me with formatting and resubmitted! Hope you can review! No guilt if we did it wrong, please don't go out of your way to correct. I appreciate all your guidance. Have a wonderful weekend! It's cold here in NYC! Adam Morgan Freelance Writing (talk) 18:09, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @Adam Morgan Freelance Writing, you actually created a second draft and didn't submit it for review. We'd recommend only working on one version of the draft, so I moved the content over from the new draft at Draft:Jeremy_Murphy,_author to the old (but now most updated) draft at Draft:Jeremy_J._Murphy.
You can edit the draft Draft:Jeremy_J._Murphy (which should be the one you should be working on from now on) by clicking the Edit button on the page.
Onto the content. You have 49 sources, which is rather a lot, so to make my job as a reviewer easier could you please give me three sources - only three - that each meet the following criteria:
- Reliable: Published by reputable institutions with proof of editorial oversight. Not a random blog or social media.
- Independent: Independent of Jeremy, for example not an article that is 100% an interview with him, or written by him, or from his own website.
- Show significant coverage: Jeremy is discussed in detail, with the source providing in-depth analysis, discussion, or interpretation about him, going beyond basic facts or promotional material. A simple credit, single brief mention doesn't count.
Giving three of these would allow me to evaluate if Jeremy meets our criteria for inclusion. qcne (talk) 14:37, 24 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi! I re-submitted. Hope i did it correct. I think i might have mistakenly twice. They are both the same. Best wishes for a wonderful holiday! Adam Morgan Freelance Writing (talk) 16:43, 26 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
