WP:PT
[edit]Hi, and welcome aboard the project. I'm sure you'll find lots of Portugal-related articles that need help, so you are welcome to work on any of them.--Saoshyant talk / contribs (please join WP:PT or WP:SPOKEN) 17:45, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
Sandbox
[edit]Hello Adam Bloomfield! It seems that your sandbox is messing up a bit the Category:Portugal, because it's tagged with it. Could you change it? Thanks from a fellow sociologist! The Ogre 00:40, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
Proposal for WP:PT
[edit]Hi, Adam,
It seems you have a good knowledge of the Portuguese language. Please take a look on Cinema of Portugal. May be you could contribute to expand the article. It needs to be continued from the sixties on. If so, you may take as reference the Portuguese article "Cinema de Portugal". I have been editing it myself.
If you wish to contact me, send me an e-mail: itit@portugalmail.pt. I rarely edit the English language Wikipedia, since my English is not good enough.
Thanks from a Portuguese fellow, Tertulius 00:40, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Nonsense of Las cruces, chili
[edit]Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Las cruces, chili, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Las cruces, chili provides no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Las cruces, chili, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Notification of automated file description generation
[edit]Your upload of File:Cardilio1.jpg or contribution to its description is noted, and thanks (even if belatedly) for your contribution. In order to help make better use of the media, an attempt has been made by an automated process to identify and add certain information to the media's description page.
This notification is placed on your talk page because a bot has identified you either as the uploader of the file, or as a contributor to its metadata. It would be appreciated if you could carefully review the information the bot added. To opt out of these notifications, please follow the instructions here. Thanks! Europe 10,000 Challenge invite
[edit]Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 01:58, 6 November 2016 (UTC)
