Speedy deletion nomination of Nishat group
[edit]A tag has been placed on Nishat group requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Victão Lopes I hear you... 19:53, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image (File:Nishatgroup.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Nishatgroup.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk) 04:38, 4 November 2009 (UTC)
File copyright problem with File:Nishat Group.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Nishat Group.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Skier Dude (talk) 04:40, 4 November 2009 (UTC)

Mian Muhammed Mansha
[edit]Hi,
Your new picture of Mansha was of quite poor quality. I therefore reverted it back to the old one, if you want you can add your picture somewhere else on the page or on to another related article.
On a lighter note, I have also noticed that you started your user page with the same boxes as me! If you want you can choose new userboxes from the Wikipedia:Userboxes gallery. I am sure that you will agree there are lots to choose from.
Thank You Sansonic (talk) 23:38, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
- It's okay I dont mind anyone having the same userboxes as me, I just thought I would let you know about the gallery.

File source problem with File:Armaghan shahid lollywood.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Armaghan shahid lollywood.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 13:27, 28 November 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 13:27, 28 November 2009 (UTC)

Hi friend,
ImageRemovalBot recently removed a good picture of Mr Hashwani. Do you have any images of Saddaruddin Hashwani that you could upload ? I appreciate your hard work.
Thank you Sansonic (talk) 17:15, 4 December 2009 (UTC)
- Do you have any pictures of him ? If not then let me know, I can try and find something free. Sansonic (talk) 14:47, 15 December 2009 (UTC)
Hello, Our old friend ImageRemovalBot recently removed the main picture of Mansha. Do you have any pictures that can be put in its place ? Sansonic (talk) 21:55, 18 December 2009 (UTC)
Hello Aayan, If you have information about Mansha's children then you can make seperate articles for them if you like. If you need ideas on how to do this then you can refer to the article on Lakshmi Mittal (Richest person in India). Mittal's children are also part of his business (There names are written inside his infobox). Try to make sure their names are spelt correctly so that we don't have to redirect articles too many times. If you need any help then you can leave me a message, otherwise I will look at the articles once you have created them. Thank You Sansonic (talk) 14:34, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

Image uploading advice
[edit]Hello Aayan,
I noticed that you recently uploaded an image for Mian Mohammed Mansha. The picture has now obviously been deleted, but it looked like it was originally taken from Google images. Pictures from Google images are generally not acceptable on Wikipedia and will eventually get deleted. If you want to have a picture in a Wikipedia article then it must either be:
- Free from copyrights
- You must own the image OR
- Taken yourself (recommended)
For more information see Wikipedia:Image use policy. Uploading lots of copyrighted images can lead to block from Wikipedia, as I have discovered. I hope that it wont go that far for you though, Thank You for your cooperation. Sansonic (talk) 12:27, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
Netwatan
[edit]You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.
The article Netwatan has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.
Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 03:02, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Netwatan, to Wikipedia as doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. NawlinWiki (talk) 10:52, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Netwatan
[edit]A tag has been placed on Netwatan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. ~~ GB fan ~~ talk 17:54, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for File:Golden_Gate_drop.PNG
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Golden_Gate_drop.PNG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Melesse (talk) 21:44, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
Netwatan
[edit]Hi Aayan, I have tried to clean the article up as much as I can. But, I could only find one third party reference, so the tags have to stay. If you have an interest in this field then you could study it. If you live in Karachi then there is a University event for you, see http://www.manchester.ac.uk/international/country/display/index.htm?id=72127&page=3
Thanks Sansonic (talk) 17:45, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
There is one in Islamabad too, take a look at the link - 2 and 3 April, 10.30 - 6.30pm Marriott Hotel. A useful event if you want to study there. Sansonic (talk) 22:25, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
It will be an exhibition about studying abroad (In England) at a very highly respected University. It will give you chances that not many Pakistanis get, I think that the entry requirements are reasonable but you will have to check if you go there. I live in Manchester myself so I think its really good place to come and study. Sansonic (talk) 20:22, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
Articles for deletion nomination of Netwatan
[edit]I have nominated Netwatan, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Netwatan. Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. ~~ GB fan ~~ talk 12:23, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Netwatan log in.JPG
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Netwatan log in.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. - I will remove the request for deletion if the file is used in an article once again.

Thank you for uploading this media,
However, it would be nice if you could give some kind of indication as to what license the media is under. That way other people can be confident in making use of it for many varied purposes :)
Adding license information also helps prevent media you've put effort into creating from being deleted :)
You may wish to read Wikipedia:Image_copyright_tags#For_image_creators which will assist you :)

Replaceable fair use File:Armaghan Shahid Pakistan (Shaan).jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Armaghan Shahid Pakistan (Shaan).jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the media description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. O Fenian (talk) 08:32, 16 June 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. O Fenian (talk) 15:01, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
Blocked
[edit]You have been blocked indefinitely for continuing to upload images which appear to be licensed improperly as your own work when they actually appear on various websites. This issue has come up in the past, and as far as I can find, you have been totally unwilling to engage in discussion on it or stop the behavior.
If you're asserting that you own all the images, we have a verification process for that through our OTRS team, who will check to be sure you do have the proper permissions. If you need help doing that, just ask. But you can't just ignore when people ask you serious questions, and continue the behavior.
If you believe this block to be in error, or are prepared to stop the problematic behavior, please place {{unblock|reason here}} on this page to request to be unblocked. You may also wish to view our guide to appealing blocks. Seraphimblade Talk to me 16:52, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Nishat Group
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Nishat Group requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.nishatmillsltd.com/nishat/company-profile.htm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite
[edit]Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 00:58, 20 October 2016 (UTC)
