[edit]Hello, I'm Novo Tape. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Ordinary Time have been undone because they did not appear constructive. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Half-Life (series). Dylan620 (he/him · talk · edits) 20:26, 21 September 2023 (UTC)

If you wish to avoid future messages intended for others, please consider creating an account. Sincerely, Novo Tape (She/Her)My Talk Page 16:55, 22 September 2023 (UTC)
- you blocked me from editing for no reason HUH?!? 71.41.184.222 (talk) 20:20, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
- As mentioned above, we have no way to differentiate which user of the IP made the edits so the only way to prevent further vandalism was to block edits from unregistered users on your shared IP address. I understand it may seem unfair, but the only solution was to issue a block. Sincerely, Novo Tape (She/Her)My Talk Page 20:22, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
- all because of one minor edit I can't use this for 4 years THANKS! 71.41.184.222 (talk) 20:23, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
- You may still read the English Wikipedia with no restrictions. In addition, the process outlined below in the red box should allow you to create an account if you wish to edit. Sincerely, Novo Tape (She/Her)My Talk Page 20:26, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
- ^ This – Simply create an account at home and use it for editing Wikipedia wherever you like to. This allows the Wikipedia community to distinguish between your contributions and others' vandalism, even if you're editing from the same IP address / building. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:39, 27 September 2023 (UTC)

Editing by unregistered users from your shared IP address or address range may be currently disabled due to abuse. However, you are still able to edit if you sign in with an account. If you are currently blocked from creating an account, and cannot create one elsewhere in the foreseeable future, you may follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Request an account to request that volunteers create your username for you. Please use an email address issued to you by your ISP, school or organization so that we may verify that you are a legitimate user on this network. Please reference this block in the comment section of the form.
Please check on this list that the username you choose has not already been taken. We apologize for any inconvenience. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:31, 21 September 2023 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
