- Clearly you are not a bot and it is confusing why you're adding bot templates onto your userpages here and at the French Wikipedia (in which I have blanked). You're copying material from fr:Utilisateur:LastBot, and it's quite obvious. Could you provide some reasons why you're doing this? If you want a bot that welcomes every new user, you must propose it at WP:VPPR first (and that's for the English Wikipedia, I don't know what you need to do at the French Wikipedia). Creating pages like:
