Don't undo proper sourced content
[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Frank Zappa. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. - DVdm (talk) DVdm (talk) 23:02, 4 May 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Do not use multiple IP addresses to disrupt Wikipedia, like you did at Sleep Dirt. Such attempts to avoid detection, circumvent policies or evade blocks or sanctions will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Ban evasion by User:Sugar Bear, using Washington state IPs. Binksternet (talk) 05:16, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
Note to Binksternet
[edit]I agree. Did you revert edits because you thought you were right? Edit wars are destructive. You appear to be in an edit war with other editors. One of these people appears to be a person you call "SugarBear". I am not this person and I have no idea who this person would be. Please do not assume the identity of other editors. Mistaken identity does happen. There are legitimate reasons why someone's IP address would change or cause mistake identity and it appears you did not consider this. Please do not revert information that has been properly sourced and documented by other editors. You have also appeared to remove information from the talk page for Joe Pyne which confirms information you did not want to acknowledge.

[edit]You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by inserting unpublished information or your personal analysis into an article, as you did at Danny O'Keefe. Binksternet (talk) 03:09, 1 August 2024 (UTC)
Don't make false claims of original research. I have added evidence to support my position. You are arguing from a position of NO EVIDENCE. Stop the bullying! It only takes a minute to read the reference to see that it says "Calliope" not "The Caliope". Only people who can read will be able to get this one right.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
