Could someone look at this block again please? I'm connecting from my new flat in Oxford, England, over EE mobile broadband with a MiFi box. I've edited Wikipedia before, but not from here, and whatever happened to merit the block was definitely not done from my system. I imagine these IP addresses get swapped around quite often, being mobile-based. All I wanted to do was replace a broken link with the Wayback Machine copy....
