[edit]Hello. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person (Manuel Ferrara), but that you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! -- Michael Scott Cuthbert (talk) 18:03, 14 March 2016 (UTC)

199.7.157.36 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
1 year is an excessive length for a block of an entire mobile phone network
Decline reason:
This is a statement of opinion, not an unblock request. As long as the range is being used for extensive socking then the block should remain. Logged-in editors are not affected by the block. Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 15:50, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
199.7.157.36 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
the fact is thousands of people, myself included, are being needlessly inconvenienced while a sockpuppeteer could easily create sockpuppets elsewhere and still use them with this network so not only is a year long block inconveniencing many people, it serves no purpose as someone who wants to sockpuppet can easily do so.
Decline reason:
Affected users can request an account via WP:ACC if they wish to edit constructively. OhNoitsJamie Talk 16:41, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
