Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, 194.168.99.226. Photos in public

I note your objection to the use of an image at Jehovah's Witnesses. Assuming you are in fact one of the persons depicted in the image, you should note that in the UK, permission is not required to take photographs of people on public property. Further, there is a reasonable expectation that a person engaging in conspicuous activity—such as operating a literature stall—in a public space is somewhat likely to be photographed at some point. If you do not wish the photograph to be used and can substantiate that you are one of the persons depicted, you could ask the original photographer to remove the photo from the Wiki Commons, although they would not be obliged to do so.--Jeffro77 (talk) 11:59, 14 August 2017 (UTC)
