Non-existent categories
[edit]Before adding a category to an article, as you did to The 7th Dimension, please make sure that the category page actually exists. In some cases, it may be appropriate to create a new category in accordance with Wikipedia's categorization guidelines, but it is usually better to use the most specific available existing category. It is never appropriate to leave a page categorised in a non-existent category, i.e. one whose link displays in red. You may find it helpful to use the gadget HotCat, which tests whether a category exists before saving a change. Thank you. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 22:03, 14 August 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Mercyful Fate, you may be blocked from editing. Binksternet (talk) 16:13, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Gothic metal. Binksternet (talk) 18:19, 17 August 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Adakiko. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Alexei Tsvelik, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Adakiko (talk) 20:57, 8 April 2024 (UTC)
