Hello, I'm Waddie96. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to Pearl River Piano Group because they seemed inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Texas A&M University–Central Texas, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Suonii180 (talk) 14:18, 2 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Deleting my own comments is not bad practice. When there are unreliable comments from others regarding my comments, I will delete my comments in Wikipedia. I appreciate your concern, but as a scholar working in peer-reviewed documents on a continuous basis, unreliable comments will not be tolerated. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.175.21.168 (talkcontribs) 10:44, October 2, 2020 (UTC)
Information icon Please do not delete or edit legitimate talk page comments. Such edits are disruptive, and may appear to other editors to be vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. ElKevbo (talk) 14:51, 2 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed - I made a note in the talk you indicated that I changed my mind and will follow Wikipedia guidelines. I changed my mind on the interaction and within a "short time" frame. Therefore, this concludes the talk here and in the talk you indicated above. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.175.21.168 (talkcontribs) 10:55, October 2, 2020 (UTC)
You do not seem to agree as you continue to delete comments from the article's Talk page in an ongoing discussion. That is disruptive; stop it. ElKevbo (talk) 15:01, 2 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion

[edit]

Information icon Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. ElKevbo (talk) 14:58, 2 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Understood. And a note was made that as a user my mind was changed and I made the note in a "short time" frame. I request the end of our discussion at this time.

Per WP:REDACT, you are not supposed to remove your own comments if anyone has replied to them. If you would agree to follow this rule, the complaint might be closed without a block. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 15:18, 2 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed to follow the rule not to delete if a reply is made. Noted and understood for future comments. Thank you.
