Including multiracial people in the UK, US, and other countries but not for Brazil is inconsistent and hypocritical, especially considering that identifying as Black =/= being black predominantly in ancestry even, i.e. a multiracial Brit like Rebecca Hall is not even 1/8 African in ancestry despite having a "mixed" black mother.
