Help with this

Hi I submitted an article and it got declined saying not credible sources even though the information is accurate. How is saying someone did a music video and including a citation linking to the video not confirmation of the video existing? Also, this is a musician who is already cited in another spot on wikipedia but without her won site so trying to link her to the page for the band she is in which is already on wikipedia.
