[edit]Hello, I'm Synorem. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Julie Chávez Rodriguez—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. Synorem (talk) 16:55, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Your recent edits could give Wikipedia contributors the impression that you may consider legal or other "off-wiki" action against them, or against Wikipedia itself. Please note that making such threats on Wikipedia is strictly prohibited under Wikipedia's policies on legal threats and civility. Users who make such threats may be blocked. If you have a dispute with the content of any page on Wikipedia, please follow the proper channels for dispute resolution. Please be sure to comment on content, not contributors, and where possible make specific suggestions for changes supported by reliable independent sources and focusing especially on verifiable errors of fact. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 15:35, 14 November 2024 (UTC)
Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion
[edit]Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. The thread is Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#User:108.44.242.138 reported by User:MrOllie (Result: ). Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 15:39, 14 November 2024 (UTC)

Request reason:
I thought Ollie broke 3RR before me? He's not blocked at all. Also why were none of my concerns, and the concerns of at least 5-6 other people looking at history, addressed in the relevant edit war noticeboard discussion? Also, his statement I've called other people vandals is false.
Decline reason:
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
Im not arguing about rules where the first rule is to simply ignore them. All I can do is try to appeal to whatever humanity is left on this site. Why is no one actually taking an interest in the quality of the article in question, along with thousands of other dead articles. The first sentence does not have a proper citation, the rest of the lede is hardly sourced, and yet hours of man power has gone into pointless drama instead of actually reading more than 1-2 WP:RS sources in months. There is too much work being done in paranoid hunting of people who read, and not enough time spent improving articles. This has created a toxic, unproductive environment where now even admins are leaving this site like crazy.108.44.242.138 (talk) 12:45, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you:
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 13:00, 15 November 2024 (UTC)

Ignore all rules does not mean "ignore all rules", it means the spirit of a rule is more important than the letter of the rule. 331dot (talk) 17:16, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
