It's fast and free. (Note: Sometimes, due to vandalism, you may be temporarily unable to register). Applying an indefinite block to this IP is not appropriate, unless it is a soft block, because the IP address will later be reallocated to a different, unrelated, and unsuspecting user, thereby impairing access to Wikipedia in an inappropriate fashion. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking. The best approach is to determine the CIDR IP numerical address range and make a higher-level decision to soft-block the entire range. http://www.arin.net/ (for approximately North America) and related sites can help to identify that range. Caution is advised when applying a range block as other Wikipedians, both registered and otherwise, may be affected.
Review contributions carefully if blocking this IP address or reverting its contributions. If a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block using Template:Anonblock. Network administrators, to monitor this IP address for vandalism, can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format. |
I am wrongfully blocked by mistake. I haven't done anything wrong. I didn't vandalized at the Volleyball at the Olympics the one I started of Tokyo 1964. I will never do that. Please believe me. I was going to make corrections and events of the years in order. Please accept my apology and I ask you unblock me. And I'm sorry. 108.21.67.83 (talk) 13:40, 13 November 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm XRENEGADEx. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Fonseca (surname), but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! xRENEGADEx (talk | contribs) 22:08, 22 May 2020 (UTC)

You misunderstand
[edit]I reverted your edits at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Articles for creation because that's not the place to ask for help with your draft. Further, Draft:Mongolia at the 2022 Asian Games is not submitted for review, which is why no one looked at it. You'll note a template at the top of that page that says the draft was not submitted and there is a blue button for you to press. Don't bother, because that draft is a single, un-cited sentence. That's not the making of an article. We need significant coverage in multiple, reliable sources. If you gather all the newspaper and periodical discussions about this topic, the content found will drive what you'll be able to write on the subject. Typically, this is too much for a new editor to manage, so I ask that you post at WP:Requested articles or our reward board for help with your draft. Chris Troutman (talk) 23:50, 3 October 2023 (UTC)
- Are there anything else within the instructions before requesting the articles for Mongolia at the Hangzhou Asian Games since the draft? What can I do? Please help me out to solve the problems. 108.21.67.83 (talk) 01:40, 4 October 2023 (UTC)
- I get the sense that you didn't read what I wrote. Either ask for help at WP:RB or post a request for an article. You could do the work yourself and gather sources. Chris Troutman (talk) 01:50, 4 October 2023 (UTC)

- I don't know what to do. I tried everything to have the draft of Georgios Dritsakos as a retired Lieutanent General of the Hellenic Air Force and Adjutant to the President of the Hellenic Republic Constantinos Stephanopoulos which he served from 2002-2005. Is there another way to have somebody else put in the articles of Georgios Dritsakos? He looked handsome in the military uniform at the Athens 2004 Olympics. 108.21.67.83 (talk) 17:41, 3 December 2023 (UTC)
- (by talk reader) You can quit trying to promote the subject. Nothing you mentioned has anything to do with notability. Years ago, being a general was enough, but the community got rid of that exception. Without proper sources, you're out of luck. Maybe once the subject dies you'll have better obituary coverage. Request for article creation
[edit]Hello there, Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Articles for creation isn't an appropriate venue for requesting article creation. You can make an article request at WP:REQUEST, but please understand that Requested Articles primarily serves as a list of ideas for interested editors to explore, rather than being an article writing service where every request is fulfilled. Most requested articles won't be written.
If you genuinely desire a new article, consider writing it yourself. (If you have a personal connection to the subject, you'll need to submit it through the Articles for Creation process.) However, note that many topics may not meet our notability criteria. The key to establishing notability often lies in citing multiple high-quality sources such as newspapers and books. I hope this helps. – DreamRimmer (talk) 08:06, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
