Cardiff Airport Football Club is a Welsh football team based in Barry, Wales. They play in the South Wales Alliance League Premier Division, which is in the fourth tier of the Welsh football league system. The club play at Jenner Park Stadium, ground sharing with Barry Town United.
History
[edit]The club played in the Vale of Glamorgan League. The 2014–15 season saw them finish as Premier Division champions winning all 20 of their games, as well as winning the ASRS Cup.[2] They were also league champions the following year.
The joined the South Wales Alliance League for the 2016–17 season, and were promoted at the end of the 2017–18 season after finishing runners-up in Division Two.[3] The club were crowned Division One Champions at the end of the 2021–22 season.
