I am a relative newbie to wiki. I've amended an article or two over the years. In meatspace I write for a lighting mag, have written some plays that were fun to stage and I do lighting stuff. Some boring stuff about me IRW
I'm working on a wiki article about my father - Doug Stewart - for his 90th birthday. Seems odd that he doesn't have a page yet considering he was a famous race and rally driver and founder of Ralliart.
My late grandfather has a great wiki page - Sir John McCauley.
So far, my article has been knocked back for having disambiguation without links (oops) and for looking like a repeat of a wiki page to other Doug Stewarts. Also had my user page deleted for being a "fake article". Ah, the joys of wiki! . Stay tuned
