Validus is a global financial market risk advisory services and technology solutions firm. The Validus process serves the risk management needs of clients across a wide variety of industries, sectors and markets.

Validus was incorporated in 2010, when several members of the advisory desk of a FX brokerage recognised the need for a completely independent, risk advisory service, free of the typical fee structures associated with such institutions.

The clear and obvious conflict of interest between offering optimal advisory services to protect clients from market risk and the typical fee structure set out by brokerage type institutions, lead the partners of Validus to the realisation of the need to break away and create a new business model, completely independent of these fee structures.

Validus chose Kingsbury House , 6 Sheet Street, Windsor, to be the initial venue for the company to situate its offices.

In 2011 Validus outgrew its office in Kingsbury House , 6 Sheet Street, Windsor and moved to Gainsborough House, 59 - 60 Thames Street, Windsor, on the bank of the Thames river.

In 2014 Validus moved offices from Gainsborough House, 59 - 60 Thames Street, Windsor to their new headquarters at 119 - 120 High Street Eton, Berkshire. The office backs on to the grounds of the illustrious Eton College.

In 2015 Validus opened its North American office in 401 Bay Street, Suite 1600, Toronto, to service the ever growing needs of the North American sector.
