Acorn (Cambridge) Ltd. is a British computer company established in Cambridge, England, in 2011 under the Acorn brand. The company is developing a range of computers based around ARM Core processor designs initially for the UK market.

Revival of the Acorn trademark
[edit]In early 2006, the dormant Acorn trademark was licensed from the French company, Aristide & Co Antiquaire De Marques, by a new company based in Nottingham.[1] This company was dissolved in late 2009.
In late 2011, the Acorn Trademark was transferred from the French company, Aristide & Co Antiquaire De Marques, to French company, Data Access.[citation needed]
In late 2011, the dormant Acorn trademark was licensed from the French company, Data Access, by a new company based in Cambridge.[citation needed]
