Chartered Engineer registered with the Engineering Council in the United Kingdom

Member of the UK Institute of Energy (now styled as the Energy Institute).

Fellow of the Institution of Engineers & Shipbuilders in Scotland.

Member of the Peer Review College of the UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council.
