History
[edit]Just a few days into my Wikipedia career in November 2024, dutch neobank bunq personally identified and contacted me via the in-app helpdesk after I reverted a change that removed the controversy section of the article. When I shared what has happened online, ironically, I was the one being criticized for violating the privacy of the bunq employee that contacted me.[2] Bunq refused to comment anything elaborate, just stating that some things were factually incorrect.[3] The bunq CEO Ali Niknam called the criticism wishful thinking.[4] If you want to read more about this, I wrote about this on bluesky here
