My thoughts (June 4th, 2011) pertaining the deletion of the Future Steel Buildings article
I can't really leave my thoughts in any other capacity on Wikipedia, but thankfully I can vent on my userpage.
I am passionate about contributing to Wikipedia, but why does it feel like I'm battling against the clock and an uphill battle? I'm obviously passionate about my topic, I'm a decent researcher/writer, I had to fight obvious sabotage attempts from one user with an agenda, I'm working day and night to produce these secondary resources that are only available in limited channels, and I've already contributed more than a substantial amount to this article (especially in relation to other new Wikipedian users). If my work gets deleted, or even moved to a lesser visible capacity, I just feel like my efforts during this past week has been all for naught. There are better ways to devote my time than to spend it writing an article that no one appreciates.
Time to get off my soap box, but this is just how I feel at the moment. Oh well. Saracates (talk) 23:41, 4 June 2011 (UTC)Saracates
