The Official Fan Club of the New Orleans Saints is called Big Easy Mafia. The meaning of the name is because New Orleans is known as The Big Easy and Mafia is a strong family that is loyal and stick together.

Although some people may dwell on the negativity with the word “MAFIA”, however, we see it as a metaphor that represents the strong following of the Who Dat Nation and the close camaraderie that exists within our Family of fans. M.A.F.I.A is actually an acronym that stands for "Motivated Authentic Fans In Alliance". We love the competitive nature of the sport but understand the importance of respect and sportsmanship. The only violence we condone is in the form of an incredible hit on an opposing teams quarterback! (legal of course).

Big Easy Mafia is a worldwide Saints Fan Club committed to creating unique experiences for New Orleans Saints fans. Through the organization of fans via membership, gameday/tailgating venues, and charitable events we hope to further strengthen, bring together and expand the already tremendous New Orleans Saints fan base. No matter who you are or where you live, you see them everywhere … New Orleans Saints fans! We are the most passionate, dedicated, knowledgeable, vocal, and widely represented professional fan base on the planet.
