Option 1

Obon
Article Evaluation
The article is a level-5 vital article, rated Start-class. The article has a good lead section and an overall neutral tone. There are an array of sources, but would benefit from a few more academic journals or book references. The organization could use a lot of work, as well as further detail in specific sections including Clothing and Celebrations Outside of Japan. The subsection of United States and Canada should be significantly reorganized and filled with more detail that takes a broader scope, as well as more information on Japanese American culture on the west coast. It might also benefit the article to have a specific section for music, songs, and dance.

Article title
Propaganda for Japanese-American internment
Article Evaluation
This article is rated C-class. The breadth and tone of the article is fairly wide and neutral, but it could be expanded. The article might benefit from additional details, including significant figures' (Theodore Geisel) role in producing such propaganda. It may also benefit from an examination of common themes and motifs found in Anti-Japanese propaganda. The article is organized well enough with its minimal number of sections. It would significantly benefit from more images that depict the listed propaganda, such as posters and political cartoons. There is an array of primary sources, but would benefit from a few more academic journals or book references to examine its long term impact.

Article title
Ozawa v. United States
Article Evaluation
The article is rated Start-class, with a high need for details to be added. In addition to formatting, the article requires some reworking with relevance (some details need to be added, while others can be removed). The article can also significantly benefit from an expanded section of Effects or perhaps a Legacy addition that outlines the case's long term impact on AAPI cases, race as a construct in the United States, and its weaponization against other racial groups.
