I m nay and from Yangon ( Myanmar ).I m the eldest so I have lots of responsibilities for my family( parents , siblings). Alright now let me talk about the self-confident and self-respect . For having ur self-confident , the most important is ur hygiene , for eg; u have a bad smell from ur body and sometime bad smell comes from ur mouth.So be takecare of ur hygiene for the first step for ur self-confident. Next u shouldn’t afraid to stand in a right path in front of anyone and once u talk to someone , use eye contact,look at him and also ur body gestures is a part of important while u r talking with someone.
